We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out okay. I haven't been able to observe anything during the rain. I wasn't able to look at the gutter during the rain. They were polite, they seemed to know what they were doing, and they told me what they were doing. They did what they were supposed to do. They were very nice, polite, and answered my questions. They were prompt, they had to go out and get something, and they came right back and finished up. I paid extra for roof maintenance. They advertized on the big deal that they would call within 3 days of purchasing the big deal, and I didn't hear from them, so I sent an email to Angie's List, and then they called me. The price seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fantastic! I can't say enough about them. Actually I even asked the young man if they did another kind of work besides that and I want him to do some work for me like entry doors and things like that. They were that good. They came in on time. They went far and beyond. They were fantastic! They did all that for $99. They even got the special-made gutter for me. They called me a few days later and asked, "Would you be home?" so they came and put that one down and put one up that will properly fit. They are young guys and very respectful.

They performed the work in a timely manner and left a notice they would send the report. An error caused me not to receive it, however they did contact me today.

Everything went great. I was not at home when the crew came but they fixed the problem and a few small other issues. Left me a message detailing what they had done and left the info on the porch detailing what they had done in writing.

On the agreed-upon day, I asked if they would contact me when on their way to my home, as I work just a few blocks away. They called, and I came home to find them waiting for me. The workman was very friendly and polite. He looked at my problem, a long gutter that had pulled away from the house due to a winter ice dam, and which I had never had repaired because the prices I was quoted were beyond my budget. He assured me that the cost of the work would not exceed the Big Deal, and I left to return to work. I came home at the end of the day to find the job done and everything left clean and ship-shape. I would definitely recommend this provider, and will call him again if I need any gutter work.

Roof maint. Inspection. Went ok but person showed up unexpected after I requested they call first. They Recommended new lower roof. Now Finalizing roofing contract. Don't know if I would use Minnick again or recommend until lower roof is finished. |Also, Minnick is not very responsive to emails. Takes a long time to return emails. |Will provide more comments after new roof project in spring of 2014.

Gives me a lot of peace of mind heading into the winter.

The next week they left me a voice massage when I was at work stating that they were currently at my house to inspect the roof. When I returned their call they already completed their inspection. When I received their report of my roof inspection, the report stated there were some nail pops and they would provide me with a quote to repair my roof. I requested a quote and they provided me with a quote for over $14,000 to replace my whole roof which is only 6 years old. In my opinion their roof maintenance package that is advertised on Angie's List is a scam and they are just looking for more business that may or may not be needed for your house.

It went very well. In fact, there was one main area that needed fixed and they fixed it for us. They also did little repairs on other parts of the roof. They gave us a little slip and gave us some recommendations, and told us that they will get back to us about the recommendations. They said they needed a new roof in 3-5 years.

Went very well! Kevin was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me areas that needed repair and did not try to sell me something I don't need. I am looking forward to having Minnick do the roofing work I need.

Purchased the "Big Deal" for gutter repair and replacement. I was called quickly and given an estimate for the work - which I expected would exceed the deal. The repair men came the following week and did an excellent job replacing and repairing what was needed. I had received another estimate from a roofer earlier this year who then told me he had no time left to do the job. Now I'm glad he didn't because his estimate was much more expensive. Minnick did an excellent job, was very neat and the men whom came were polite and experienced. Thank you!

It was fine. It took a while for them to get here. Then they came to inspect the roof. We hadn’t heard from them for a while so I called them and got a hold of the owner of the business. It turns out that the guy who came out had left the company. So he came and did the inspection again himself. The report was that there was nothing really of the matter. There is flue that is missing and that needs to be replaced so I asked him to do that. He came today and finished that. I told him that I needed the report because he only gave the report to me verbally. He said that how would send it to me and I actually expect that he will send it. I’m pretty satisfied with the service. The pricing is good, I think that it’s a good value.

Went fine once they were here. Took a few emails/phone calls back and forth to get date commitment but once that was set, all went well. Arrived as expected. Respectful service. Quick and thorough. Pleased overall.

Everything was fast and fit my schedule. The work solved the problem and confirmed no other breaks or leaks.

I had a couple of roof leaks so I purchased this Angie's List Deal. Without having made an appointment, the roofer, Justin, called to tell me he was on his way. Luckily I was at home. Justin found where he thought the leaks were coming from, did some repairs, took photos to show me. He said that more work needed to be done. He also said that they could repair the plaster damage inside so he came inside and took photos. He said that the owner, Thomas Minnick, would send me an estimate. Weeks passed. Then, through the Angie's List web site I got a message from Mr. Minnick that he needed to come see the job himself. We set up an appointment for the following Thursday. I sent him my personal email address and phone number so that he could contact me directly rather than go through Angie's List. 15 minutes before our appointment he EMAILED me that he was not coming. Wouldn't a phone call have been better??? We set up an appointment for the following day. He never showed, never called, nothing. I emailed him to ask what had happened. He said he FORGOT! I explained that I was submitting a claim to my insurance and needed his estimate and to please give me a call to set up another appointment. I never heard from him again.

I am totally impressed with the response and the quality of work performed. I knew of two seams that needed to be sealed (he sealed four areas) and wanted all the gutters checked for any possible problems. This was done and more. Although this company does not install 'heat-tape', measurements were taken and T.J. will ask to see if anyone he works with can recommend a company to do this. I would call this company again and use them without hesitation. They are professional, timely and take the time to explain the work they completed.

It turned out really well. They came out here on time. They were very professional. They took care of the problems that I had and were on their way. I was pretty happy with their service. They probably could've charged me extra for the pitch of my roof but they didn't . They were very reasonable. No complaints about them at all.

Purchased coupon for gutter repair for $99.00 Sunday October 20,2013. October 22 Steven Patrick emailed confirming the receipt of the coupon and asked for more details about when work needed to be done and exactly what we wanted. Emailed our response back October 23 letting him know exactly what and when we needed work done. Contacted Angie's list help desk October 28 when there was no response from Minnick Home Solutions. Help desk contacted Minnick Home Solutions. Steven Patrick emailed me Oct 10/29/13 7:11 AM stating they would contact us the afternoon of the 29th to schedule the appointment. Never received the call. Contacted Angie's list help desk night of the 29th to cancel work.

Overall A rating. Only giving a "B" on responsiveness because of length of time it took for them to contact me after original purchase. I understand they probably had a great response from their Deal. They actually came out 2X, because the report from the original inspection was misplaced. The 2nd inspector, TJ, was very professional and did even more repair work. Also dealt w/ Steve, who was also very professional and apologetic for the circumstances surrounding the 1st visit. Would use them again.

They did what was necessary and were very polite and courteous. I would recommed them!

Very well. They were prompt, pleasant, courteous. I did not expect them to clean the gutters in the back of my house where I was not having any problems, but they did and I was grateful.

They called promptly and made an appointment. The repair person showed up on time and promptly gave us an estimate on a new roof.

The workman was very professional and clearly knowledgeable. I appreciated that everything was in writing, from where minor repairs were made, to an assessment of the condition of the roof. I already knew that my roof will soon need to be replaced, and I received some good, solid advice about how soon I should do this, along with a very reasonable estimate for a roof replacement from the company.

They came and did what we had requested and gave us a reasonable estimate on the roof. Happy with their work.

It went very well, see above. Mike the roofing tech was very professional and courteous. I felt very good that he was very knowledgeable, and addressed the problems that he found. He assured me that I didn't have any problems with the roof itself. Like I said I had missed the deadline for the program, and Steve was kind enough to extend the deadline for me. For that I am very thankful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them all, I would highly recommend TMinnick Home Solutions for any roofing problems I might have in the future.
