Inspected and evaluated my roof and caulked where necessary, followed by a detailed printed report of recommendations.

I think they did what they promised but I don't think it made any difference to the general condition of my roof. However, after I made it clear that I was the owner and couldn't be there, the technician talked to my tenant and told her that I would need a new roof before next year. The current tenant plans to purchase my home in a couple of years and I planned to let the roof go, and now I'll be forced to put on a new one. That made me very unhappy.

Great service and knowledge base, problem with time/travel management, I had to call him when he didn't arrive as scheduled, found he wasn't going to be able to arrive before dark and I had to make a second trip across town another day to meet him. Great experience tho!

They came out to inspect our roof, and did a great job. I found a shingle on the ground after the inspection, and they agreed to come back to see where it came from, at no extra cost. This second appointment took some time to schedule, due to weather and other circumstances, but I was very happy with the overall service.

Response was slower than expected but the quality of the work done was good.

I purchased the roof big deal from Minnick mainly because I had a few shnigles that were loose from a wind storm. I also wanted to have my roof checked for any other possible problems. They contacted me within 2 days of buying the deal and scheduled me for the following Saturday morning. He said he would call when he was an hour away and he did. Our roof is 15 years old and he said that it was getting close to needing replaced and there are a number of loose shingles. I had a problem last year with shingles blowing off and the person that fixed those told me the same thing, so I wasn't surprised. He also sealed all the vent pipes and had the whole job done in a little over an hour. Overall, a good job and I would check with them when it comes time to replace the roof.

We showed Justin, the roofer, a place in our spare bedroom where we suspected a leak because of ceiling discoloration and bubbling. He said he checked and couldn't find anything on the roof -- very strange. I'm not a roofer, but I know ceiling discoloration means problems. Justin did some minor caulking, then wrote up and sent an estimate to fix the interior ceiling; we didn't accept the estimate and did not repair the interior damage because we weren't convinced the problem was solved. Three months later after a few days of a heavy rain, the ceiling broke through completely. When I called the company, they said all their roofers were on Christmas vacation (it was five days before Christmas) and couldn't come out. I went back to another contractor I had used before and he said (direct quote), "If you paid more than $50 for the work they did up there, you got taken." In short, we got taken. I think the package was just a way to try to get us to buy more services from them. We will never use these people again. Don't get "taken," too!

I paid for the service on November 21, 2013. And no service has been provided. Still waiting.

Excellent. The worker was punctual, polite and professional. He did not try to "up-sell" me. He notified me of additonal work needed on the roof. I was more than pleased with his service.

They were very prompt and gave me a detailed report of the condition of my roof, the repairs they completed and suggestions to maintain my roof. I would use them again for any roofing issues.

They checked both front and back gutters, fixed the sloping gutter, and cleaned my gutters for $99. Very Satisfied!

Two young men showed up on time on the designated day to both inspect and do some minor repair work. Before they went up on the roof they asked if I did have any specific concerns I wanted them to look at. I did share a few minor issues I was aware of at that time. |They both went up onto the roof at that point to do their work. When they came back down afterwards they shared with me the repair work that they had done, including addressing the issues I had mentioned. They also made me aware of a few other potential issues that would eventually need to be addressed, but overall said that my roof was in pretty good shape. |I thought that they handled themselves very professionally and I was happy with the work that they did. I will definitely be contacting them for any future roof work.

Timely estimate, only a tiny bit higher than others but the shingles were of higher quality. The only complaint was the amount of debris in the gutters. No problem, just inconvenient. These guys were great to deal with an I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

That being said, I understand that roofing is their business and they were mostly just letting us know how to go about getting that done, and how much it would cost. And, when we do go for a roof, yes, I do believe we will call them.

Scheduling a time for them to come to see the roof was a long process. Mr Minnick came went on the roof, and did some minor sealing and photographed the roof. He looked at the skylight and told us the seal was broken. He did give us an estimate to replace the roof, and also the sub-roof. He sent us a copy of the brochure for the roofing material that he would use which did not include a copy of the warranty and what would invalidate it. His estimate did not address the possibility that all of the sub-roof might not need to be replaced. It did not address the possibility that we might have an airflow problem. It did not deal with a replacement sky light. All that being said, he did tel us why there is a leak - the skylight. I don't know if he does not know about the air flow issues, or just omitted the issue. Because of that we will continue to look for a roofer for next year and also look at replacement skylights. He did what was contracted adequately, but could have been so much better.

2 Guys spent one hour measuring and inspecting the roof. They put caulk by a window, said they'd mail a report, and left. The end. This was not what the offer was for - and in the end - we still don't know what's wrong with the roof, as the written report never materialized.

Once we connected to schedule the appointment, the repairs were fine.

I was not present for the service and it looks like they did a good job. I would like to hear from them and get a report on the roof inspection. They followed up quickly once the Big Deal was purchased.

Awesome time of a big deal. Family member noticed a potential issue with chimney flashing at roofline. Bought Deal, and immediately had follow up emails, set service date. Provider was on time, checked out whole roof and sky lights. He calked all areas needing maintenance--including chimney flashing. Also gave me all details on type of caulk used and how long it would last. Last, he gave me a report on condition of roof and said it was in great condition. He suggested some gutter guards--and gave me an estimate but NO PRESSURE. One of best experiences I've had. Provider was on time, fast, thorough and honest. I trust them and would call again in a heartbeat!

My daughter get some of their emails. They have to give us the estimate on the work that needed to be done and I'm not sure that ever happened. I can't say that it didn't so I was pleased with them for the actual service call but I'm not sure for the follow up. They are personable and I thought they did a good job. They were pleasant, quick, and I hope thorough. The price seemed reasonable for the work.
