The company was very polite and professional in their communications but they ; I trust they did all the work as I did not get "after" pictures and I cannot easily get on to the roof to see the results of the work. Not getting everything I wanted done due to lack of attention to detail in communications and unclear coupon use soured my experience. Timeline: Oct 21st purchased coupon ?Maintenance covers cost up to $300 value of the coupon.? For the final invoice only $167 was taken off the bill, not the full $300. I did not receive an adequate explanation of why this was the case, though I did ask the question. On Oct 24th got an email from AngiesList asking if I had heard from the roofer, which I did not so I called them up. Don?t know why they did not reach out to me but I scheduled an appt for Oct 28th. By Nov 12th I had an initial estimate. One thing I wanted to do and made this clear early on (in Nov 19th discussion) was to cover the opening of our unused chimney. The cost of this was supposed to be determined when the bulk of the work was being done, based on a Nov 20th discussion. We scheduled the work a number of times and by Dec 10th the weather had not cleared up still. On Dec 16th I got a call and invoice about paying for the work. It turns out the work was done but we weren?t informed when it was going to happen. While talking about the invoice I asked about the chimney and the person I spoke to said they would find out more information but they never did. After some more phone calls about the chimney they were going to send someone out a second time to do the work but charge $200. I was unhappy about this additional cost because they should have not required an additional visit if they had been paying attention to my requests about getting the chimney covered since Oct.

I had purchased a package for the vendor to clean my gutters. However, when he arrived he found that my gutters were clean and needed no service. However he did find some areas where my roof needed some attention. He gave me a reasonable bid to do that work and gave me a credit for what I had paid Angie's List for the gutter job.

The young man who did the service was very nice and did a very thorough job let me know all he did befor leaving.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It worked out just as intended. They did an adequate job in a good amount of time. It was a pretty small deal. I didn't spend any additional. They were on time.

Both projects were well done. There was a full crew and project completed with expediance and in a professional manner. Clean up was excellent. The only negative I could cite is they were going to install gutter guards and forgot them, was not charged so I just let it go. I had a lower bid but chose this contractor because of professionalism and am happy with the outcome.

I had a tree fall on my roof/deck. They came out same day as called for an estimate and quoted the best price of anyone in the area. Finished the work in 1 day and under budget.

I was completely satisfied with the services provided by Minnick Home Solutions, LLC. They were extremely responsive and performed the work in a timely manner, within one week of my initial contact with them. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with them.

We were quite satisfied with them. They were very sensible and straight forward.

Reported all was well at this time on the roof.

The appointment was for 3:00. However, the technician came before that time, and I was not home. I could tell that a number of shingles had been tapped down and that the shingles with granule loss had been caulked. My only issue is that I would like to have been home when the technician came. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to ask a few questions. I had an earlier appointment and did make the effort to be home at 3:00. Although I was not home, I did rate the professionalism good since the inspection report was completed. The estimate of the shingle age was on target.

It was not a problem scheduling an appointment. We did have to reschedule the first appointment because of the weather. Everything turned out not that well. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the Big Deal. The gentleman came out basically on a day that the roof was half covered with snow. He was nice and friendly. He did get some of the loose shingles down. However, I still saw a loose shingle up there and even after speaking with him about it, he did not go back up and get it down. He said he would follow up with us and provide us a report but he never did. The work would have been fine if he had removed the last remaining loose shingle.

Performed inspection and did minor repairs. I was told roof was in good shape for being 15 years old.

Put gutter guards on and secured gutters on. All went well

The gentlemen that came to inspect my roof started to repair areas that needed attention. They impressed me so much I insisted on paying foe their service. They also stated that I could have hail damage and insurance could cover when they come back to replace roof. Will be using this company in future.

Replaced some shingles, evaluated condition of roof, calked. Very happy with the service provided and will call when time comes to replace or again repair the roof.

They sent me a season's greeting e-card, and they have kept in touch with me. No other company has done that. I would hire them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We are not entirely sure about it. We had a representative come when we were not at home. We told him there were some holes in the roof and we wanted the results of the inspection and we also wanted a quote for a continuous roof ridge vent. We didn't receive any word after he was here. We received nothing; no word, no report, no quote, no inspection. After 2 weeks I contacted them and told them that we still had a roof leak and we didn't receive the inspection or quote. The owner contacted me by email and said that the guy who had done the work had just left and he needed time to find our file. Another 10 days later, I emailed them again to see if he knew anything and he said that he would get in touch with me within a few days. He said he found the file but it didn't say anything. He offered to come again and I told him I would be here at 3:30. He was here and gone before I got here. He said he inspected the roof and didn't find any leaks but we still have a leak. We are not entirely satisfied. Outside of getting him to come here when we are here, which is what we wanted, we don't know how we can get satisfaction. There were here a couple of times. The first time my husband was here when they got here and he left for 45 minutes and they were gone when he got back. The Big Deal was for 2 hours worth of work. The price for the Big Deal was fine. We were not billed for anything outside of the Big Deal.

They arrived a couple of days after I sent in the paperwork. They sent out two men and did some sealing around the flashing and replaced a vent. They did a good job, were here for a couple of hours and were very professional. I asked them for an estimate on a new roof and I received a visit from the owner of the company. He came out and did a thorough inspection and gave him a down payment and he will start on it sometime in April. I signed a contract for a new roof.

He said he would come again after the ice melts and fluch and check all the gutters. He was very pleasant and professional.

Called me ba ck and made an appointment very quickly. Showed up on time, inspected the roof and repaired a leak. He was done so fast, I was amazed! He told me what had caused the leak and I have not had it since. He was also very pleasant.

Purchased Big Deal on 11/25/13. Provider didn't contact me until 12/3/13. He requested available dates for the following week for service. I provided dates and my cell phone for contact. As of 12/18/13 there was still no response. I e-mailed and suggested a refund since it was obvious they were behind due to weather and work could not be done with snow on roof as well. Again, as of 1/2/14....no response. I ask for help from Angie's List to resolve the issue and to assist with my refund.
