Description of Work: Purchased this bigdeal as a previous provider went unresponsive for months. my tolerance for poor customer service was low going into this experience. provider made initial contact, but has failed to respond in over two weeks. Unacceptable in my book. I do not want anything performed by a provider who feels this is okay.

Mr. [member name removed], I am very sorry that you felt that we did not try to get in touch with you after your initial contact, but that simply is not true. I have emails with stamped time and dates on them that we sent you trying to set up an appointment to perform your Roof Maintenance Package. We never received a response from you and had no other way of contacting you. I am not sure if the emails were going into your junk email box but they were indeed sent and I have copies if you are interested in getting in touch with us and reviewing them. I would be more than happy to provide them for you. Once again I am very sorry for this mix-up but I wanted to let you know that your statement was not accurate and to explain to you that attempts were made to fulfill your Roof Maintenance Package. Description of Work: Needed a roof repair for a leak over the Living Room. They arrived within 4 days from my call, to fix roof over the main house. At the same time, I had asked them to estimate a full roof replacement. Paid them $50.00 immediately as required by warranty company. They told warranty company repair would cost $375 more. When it rained again, the roof leaked again. I called them and they said they would be try to be out that weekend but he had National Guard duty (he didn't say whether it was the weekend duty or the 2 week duty). He didn't come so called again, but didn't hear back. I also called for him to provide the estimate for the full roof which he send via email but with the patio roof not included--that would be separate. I have received from the warranty company the check for $375 which I am to give them, however I want them to return to fix the roof before I pay them. I have not heard from them since.
