This company was extremely professional, from the initial meeting with Brian through completion of the job. Brian was very detailed and patient in explaining scope of work, and did not employ any high pressure tactics. Installers were prompt, polite, and efficient. Very conscientious about keeping work area clean. As for cost, I didn't really price shop because I was favorably impressed from the initial meeting, so can't really say how they stack up against competitors - hence, my "average" rating for value.

Keystone Basement Systems are the best. We are very happy with their work and the repair of our basement. Chuck A. was knowledgeable and confident in Keystone's ability to fix our problem walls. Then, Tony and Charles were efficient, hard working, and extremely neat at getting the job completed. What we also liked, is that the original bid was the final price at the end of the job. :-)

The crew of Houston, Cody and their helpers were very knowledgeable, efficient and mannerly. I have already referred them to two other families.

Expensive for 4 1/2 hours work. However they were a professional, extremely neat and efficient. I now have a dry basement. The new cement blended perfectly with the old cement once it was cured. I’m certainly not unhappy but my wallet is.

Tony and Charles did an excellent job. They showed up for work right on time and finished the job as promised. They worked very efficiently.

My basement floor is all dry now. However I had an issue with the floor clean-up afterwards which I complained about. The nice thing was that a Keystone immediately called me to discuss my concerns. The issue was resolved amicably and I'm happy to use Keystone for any future basement drainage issues.

We had an internal french drain and sump well and pump system put in out basement. From the salesman Brian to the crew who came to do the work they were all very professional. The estimate was very easy to understand, no high pressure sales pitch. I called Brian several times to ask questions before the project started. The job foreman called me the day before the project started and discussed what was going to be done, we received an email a couple of days before outline how the projects was going to go. And Brian met me in the morning before the project started to just review what was going to be done. When I got home from work the project was completed, everything was very clean and neat. no dirt or mess. Excellent work. Will recommend.

Experienced professionals solved my wet basement problem. Both the salesman and the onsite workmen were experts in their field. "Supermen" indeed!

They were very thorough in explaining everything they were going to do. The work was done well - except the guys left so much dirt in my carpet. They did not cover anything with plastic to protect it. Also, when they were finished, I had questions afterwards and emailed the person who left me their card, and she never emailed back. She called for my payment a few days later, but I still have questions that were never answered.

The crew that came and did the work were very professional! On Time! Through! Hiring this company was the best decision we made. Our project was done in August of 2017 and as of current, we have not had water come into our basement, even with all the rain we have been having in Pittsburgh! Again Best Decision!!

Be at home for the time they are working, my only problem that the outside drain pipe was not extended far enough for water to drain away from house, I had to buy more pipe and extend it myself.

Everything from the estimate to the end result was first rate. Kristen evaluated our problem and explained our options and cost. Wes and his crew were fantastic. We had 1/2 inch of water flowing through our basement. They worked through such a handicap and did an amazing job in a day and a half. They installed an internal French drain and left the basement dry and clean before they left. Wes explained each step as they were progressing. He and his crew were punctual, polite and hard working.Tremendous job. There was a minor problem that showed up later. It was a manufacturer's problem and not Keystone's. Josh came out after hours and solved the problem. I was very impressed with Keystone and will recommend them and, if a need is required, hire them again. I would rate them with 6 stars if possible.

Aaron, the owner, came out for the estimate and was fantastic- he spent a lot of time with me explaining the problem and the fix. The guys who did the work were communicative, punctual, and efficient and they left the place looking cleaner than when they got there!

I would like to thank Tony and his crew for such a great job on my basement. He walked me through everything he was going to do, and everything he did after he was finished. My basement is unique in the fact that it's old, and the footers were difficult to work with. Tony did a great job, took his time, was clean, neat, and meticulous. Very happy with the results!

Once again Keystone has come through for me. I had hired them last January and they did an excellent job so I hired them again for some additional work that I needed done. Different crew from the first time but the same outstanding results. On time, thorough, and proficient. Cleaned up after the job was finished so that you could hardly tell they had been there. Not the cheapest company out there but you get what you pay for and I would recommend them to anyone and I will hire them again if I need any additional work done. You can't go wrong with Keystone.

Our experience with Keystone Basement Systems from the initial inspection, consultation, and estimate from Adam to the actual work by Tony and Charles was excellent. All three were knowledgeable and competent. Adam explained everything and answered all our questions. Tony and Charles were always punctual and put in full days on the job. I don't ever recall seeing them take a break. When the job was finished they made sure to clean up so I didn't have to. We are very satisfied with all our experiences with Keystone.
