Description of Work: My hot water tank burst in July of this year. My basement was flooded and it was a huge mess. Mr. Kemp was the first to come out and he was very honest. They had my water heater installed the next day and I must say that I am very pleased. They even hauled away the old tank so that I did not have to worry about the hassle. Very good company.

The first time we used them, they were installing the air conditioner and they suggested adding a few ducts which was very helpful. They do a very nice job for us and I am very happy with them. They are very accommodating.
Description of Work: I have a service contract for two years where they come out twice each year to check up on our heating and AC. They change the filter and clean everything out.

 + -1 moreI feel that they are a thorough company and I like their work, but I feel they are priced a bit high. That is not going to keep me from calling them again though. You never have to wait with them, they are always on time.
Description of Work: The very first time I moved into my house, I had them perform a tune up on my air conditioner. Since then they've also done a tune up on my furnace. I've also purchased and replaced a filter through them.

Description of Work: They replaced an outside air conditioning unit for me. There was no air duct work done and I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.

 + -1 moreWhenever anything goes wrong, they come right out to fix the problem. They are a whiz at diagnosing exactly what the problems are. They are very nice and professional. We have had them for the original installation of our heating and air conditioning unit and they have been coming back for years.
Description of Work: Our last service was an annual checkup and regular maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system. We pay on a three year basis; it's $500 for three years for twice-yearly service.

 + -1 moreThe company did an excellent job installing the two systems in my 100 year old home, and completed the work in a reasonable period of time. There were no surprises. Also, the workers were very respectful of my working out of the home. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
