Description of Work: The salesman came to my house at 7:30 am Mark was the salesman..after 3 hrs of demonstration and exhaustive time in my attic, Mark came up with price...I baught because my gut told me Mark was an honest man...on monday the following week, Tudi installed my air conditioning unit...monday and part of tuesday, finished...they were competitive with my other two estimates....bottom line, salesman new his business and I liked him, he was honest...Work was installed on time just as Mark had stated, very clean, Neat...My chief example of professionalism was later that year 2009, I was hunting in Iowa trying to bag a monster buck, in fact I was following a Biggy when the phone rang...."The furnace isn't working, how do you get it going again, "my wifes comments to me in the middle of December....I tried to explain how to light the pilot light in my ancient boiler, but I thought for a minute, this could be very dangerous for my little wife, so I called tudi....Within fifteen minutes, I am telling you the truth, the pilot light was lit, the serviceman called me and said it was all taken care of....bottom line, I would much rather have a piece of mind in my soul, than doubt....Tudi is a wonderful company, they have always performed to my expectations.....while some people may complain, look at the bright side....These companies are inundated with you, the consumer...most of you are a pain in the a** when it comes to price...you see what you should pay for a job online, you google it...what is being left out, is the human factor...I buy from Tudi because they care about me...They have all of there own employees...Do you folks even understand what the cost for unemployment compensation, workmen's comp., health insurance, life insurance, vehicle insurance, attorney's fees, ETC.....these are just a few costs that companys have to absorb today just to stay in business...I know this company follows all the rules of this state, and I know there employess have been with them forever, no subs...I know they make there employees happy, thus they make me happy...No sir re, Tudi is my company for life as long as they will have me...

Description of Work: Great resource! I made a call to Eric Eisenfeld to schedule a service call to fix a recessed flood-light in my kitchen. He promptly scheduled me for the next morning, but he also gave me a technical tip to try which as he indicated, may allow me to correct the problem myself. To my delight, I followed his instruction and it corrected the problem. I called him back to thank him and he was again, very courteous, polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future!
