We had them install a water heater in Dec 2022. Since them all faucets in the house are sputtering when using hot water -- a problem commonly associated with faulty installation of new hot water heaters. We contacted Tudi, but they refuse to come and check their installation without us payong a 100$ fee -- to check their own work! We probably should have gone with any big box store to install the water heater -- cheaper and same customer service.

They are very professional, honest and I would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend TUDI enough. Excellent service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to replace our AC Unit as quickly as possible during the week when temperatures were in the mid 90’s. At least 4 electricians came and made sure everything was installed and performed correctly. Excellent company!

Fromm the start to finish it was very professional. I went through Costco and right from the time I signed up, everything got taken care of and the response was immediate. Visit and quotes were completed in no time and the moment I signalled that I am ready to move forward, dates were finalized through office and filed staff came for installation on time. I am really impressed with the professionalism shown and the care they took. It was such a pleasant exercise, and will wholeheartedly recommend Tudi to anyone looking for similar service.

Called Tudi to help with a broken cartridge inside my shower faucet valve. The plumber (Drew) showed up as scheduled, was extremely courteous, and helped advise me as he fixed the shower. The interactions were very honest and friendly without any potential of trying to "find problems" to up-sell more work. Very pleased and would definitely hire again.

Everything went well. A technician came within 24 hours and fixed the problem. I have used Tudi for years. The same employees have been with the company for years. Tudi is fair, reliable, and honest.

From the time of the call (spoke to Lynda) to when Dave came the response was excellent. TUDI is one of the most efficient companies we deal with from a communication stand point to service. They service our furnace and HVAC on a yearly bases. In this case I really appreciate what Dave did to help us. After checking he reassured us that the furnace was OK. He then went into the garage where the leak occurred. The insulation covering the duct work was filled with water. He released the water from the duct work and they notified TUDI plumbing to check out the leak. I was concerned about the water leak and I asked Dave if he could help expedite the plumber (which he did). I truly appreciated the responsiveness from when the call was initially made to Lynda to the time Dave arrived to help with the situation. I spoke to the plumber and he had to order a part to fix the leaking bathtub drain. I can then follow with a review when that work is completed.

As usual, Tudi hires the best in the profession. Everything is explained in detail. They call to remind me of having my furnace/air conditioner (which they installed) checked and I appreciate that. Always professional. A great company to deal with.

It went GREAT--he was able to replace both units showing me how to use them along with tips on upkeep all in one day. He replaced anything that did not look right to him. On the cleanup--I usually have some cleaning up to perform went a tech or installer leaves. NOT today, he cleaned up after himself and took the old parts away. When he left I was able to go right upstairs and watch TV. He also told me about a maintenance contract--this looks like a great deal. The day went very smooth--not what I'm used to. THANKS TUDI

Very professional and smooth work. Our old units were replaced in one day with SLP98, 98.7% efficient furnace, EL16XC1 air conditioner, Aprilaire air purifier, Healthy Climate humidifier control, and iComfort wi-fi thermostat. Furnace works quietly, and house is heated comfortably by set temperature. Worker crew of three men finished their work on time, and with cleaning the work area. Very pleased with their job.

Perfect. Evan was professional and knowledgeable and serviced both our humidifier and furnace very quickly.

This service couldn’t have gone better. I called Monday in hopes to get a technician asap and TUDI had someone at my house the next day. The time frame was between 12 and 4 and the technician arrive just after 12. So no waiting around within the 4hr window. He was able to figure out the issue with our boiler, replace the necessary part, clean it out and have it working all within the same initial visit.

Great - On time - very professional

We called for service at 9 am on a Sunday morning, 2 days before Christmas. By noon, the furnace was fixed and we had heat. Both dispatch and the tech were very professional and customer focused. We received a detailed invoice with work performed and issues raised via email. Nathan (tech) also identified a code violation that we will address with our builder's furnace installer. Price was very reasonable - especially for emergency service.

It went great. They were on time and very professional. Old Unit was removed and new was installed before the end of the work day. Everything was cleaned up and an overview of the new unit was given. I would definitely recommend them. New unit is very quiet and efficient.

Wonderful! Ross and Tae were amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, treated my home like it was their own! Couldn’t have asked for two better people to install my new system. Encountered many problems as you might do with a home 60+ years old, but they handled everything! If at all possible, ask for these two guys. Tudi is lucky to gave them! Would have them back in my home in a heartbeat!
