When the technician first arrived, he thought it was just a maintenance tune up and was not aware that there was a problem, so there was some miscommunication from the office. After the service tech performed the maintenance tune up, the screeching noise did not recur. He explained that my system was possibly reaching a point where it would be better to replace the entire system rather than parts if the problem reoccurred. He arranged to have an estimator come out to give us an estimate on a new system. That will be next week.

This project went very smoothly. The Tudi team were always on time (usually early!), very responsive to emails and followups. Appreciated the professionalism they brought to this project. Ross did our installation and he was great!

All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The area was clean when all work was done. The technician explained all the work he was going to do and the cost. He offered a one year plan for the inspection of furnace and air conditioning unit, that also provided a discount on work completed that day.

Very well. Drew (technician) was prompt, efficient and friendly. He clearly explained what he was doing and patiently answered all questions. While working on the water heater, he noted an odor coming from the furnace which was in close proximity. The odor was determined to be caused by a rather significant carbon monoxide leak from the furnace. Unfortunately this required that our furnace be replaced, but we are thankful to Drew that he discovered the problem.

The service man (Evan) evaluated the problem, replaced the filter and adjusted the flow of water which seems to have fixed the problem.

Everything went great. The job was done very professionally and they charged a fair price. I would have them back anytime I had another plumbing problem.

Dan diagnosed the problem immediately ,isolated it repaired it and made suggestions for my next step. Thanks still working on it but so far so good I love Tudi's

The office responded immediately and sent Dave who has done outstanding work for us before. He was able to respond to the issue and to perform the work within our annual contract for yearly maintenance. Overall, an outstanding response and service.

Thorough and efficiently, as for the past 18 years I'm a loon time customer.

Got new furnace from Tudi (equipment via Costco). Mike installed. Could not have asked for a better experience - from communication to installation. Mike and his helper never stopped - all day. Told them could use kitchen table if brought lunch. Mike's answer "We don't stop for lunch - just grab something like crackers while we work." I didn't realize they would need to cut a hole to outside in my very small condo laundry room (which was a mess) to replace air conditioner. They moved all the neglected stuff. Never a complaint. I was embarrassed. And grateful. They also did great job cleaning up. Could not ask for more. Most definitely would recommend.

Tudi has always provided me with great service. This job was challenging in that it involved a difficult to access pipe with HVAC ventilation in the way. Dan the plumber and Mark the HVAC expert consulted on the best way to go about the repair. Dan has fixed many things in my house and all of them have presented him with big challenges. He always clearly explains the options and tries to do the repair in the way that will cause the least residual mess (i.e. holes that need to be patched, etc.). Tudi is not cheap but their work is well done and they stand by any issues that arise later. Highly recommend.

Ross Shapiro, the installer, was very friendly, polite, considerate, and professional. He did a fantastic job almost completely on his own. (Another Tudi technician stopped by to pick up a few parts from Ross. Ross enlisted his assistance to help move the compressor/condenser unit from the truck to my back yard.) Ross completed the entire job remarkably quickly -- everything in one day, working at my house from about 7:30 AM until about 2:30 PM. (He worked continuously and tirelessly, stopping only once, briefly, to use the restroom. I offered him water/soda/coffee on several occasions, but he never accepted my offer.) Awesome job, Ross! Thank you!!!

I called Tudi after our wifi thermostat reported a fault code. I asked to talk to one of the service team, and my call was returned promptly. I gave the fault code, and was told that the furnace would still operate, but that the second stage would not turn on. I was told that would be a problem for cold mid-winter days. He suggested that I reset the furnace and see if the fault reappeared. When it did I called them back and scheduled the service call. The serviceman arrived promptly and ran the diagnostic. After identifying the problem as the high pressure switch, he replaced it. He conducted a full service on the furnace, and in the process replaced the humidifier filter pad. Work was completed quickly and effectively.

However, it is almost a month now and the leaking part is still there. I contacted sales person twice and he promised to remind about the issue. No actions. I called TUDI and explained situation. They promised to schedule an appointment. No actions. Then I called Costco (as my furnace was installed through them) and Costco representative said that the issue will escalated. That evening I received an email from one of the managers from TUDI saying that he will call tomorrow. He did. I was unable to answer because I was at the meeting at work. I called back and left voice messages and also sent him several emails regarding the appointment. It has been more than a week since and I haven't heard anything from TUDI. Thanks for responsiveness and valuing your customers! Solid F.
