It went very smoothly .. Chris worked alone on the job and was very professional and efficient. He went over things at the start of the day, answered my questions and again, at the end of the job.. he showed me what was done, answered my questions and showed me how to work the thermostat.

Went perfect. No complaints. Not Cheap, but you get quality work and dependability. This was a job I wanted done once and done right. I knew I could count on them as they replaced my HVAC system a few years ago. Dan C. was there on time and was very thorough with his work. Good Job!

John, the field service tech has been working with us for 9 years. He is always professional, always does a great job. He is knowledgeable about our systems. He does a great job in providing a summary at the end of the service (we have 2 furnaces and air conditioners) I would recommend him and Tudi to anyone Lynda the office support professional is extremely good at communication. She will always follow-up on questions and is great at working with customers to schedule service in a convenient way. They bend over backward to make you satisfied. Tudi is a great company to work with and a great contractor.

It went very well. It was on a Sunday and the on call person called about 45 minutes after I called the company. They explained the pricing differences and gave me a few examples of the price changes for it being off normal hours. I accepted and he showed up about an hour later. Perfectly professional, no 'hard upsell'. Went through diagnosis in a logical fashion. Quickly found the problem to be a capacitor in the unit and was able to replace it at a fair price. Well mannered and professional employee who was willing to explain to me what caused the issue. Would hire again.

Fantastic! August met with us twice to size the units and understand what we needed as replacement units. Mike and Tim removed the old units and installed the new units in a 10 hour day. Beth coordinated with us to set up the scheduling both from a sales and installation side. The AC to unit has already made a noticeable difference in the coolness of our house in the 90+F weather in the 2 days since it has been installed. Great experience.

I have gotten this done every year since I bought my furnace & A/C...Everything went fine as usual...Frank is very through and answers all my questions.....

Tudi suggested a smoke test and their persistence showed results after the third smoke bomb was introduced. Tudi followed this procedure with a camera scanning a kitchen drain line and that showed a possible break in a pipe embedded in the concrete floor of our lower level. When the restoration company opened the wall, Tudi again used its camera to isolate the problem area. They then jackhammered the concrete and, sure enough, a severed sewer pipe was exposed. Tudi believes that the break was caused during settlement of our relatively new house. Dan and Drew repaired the broken pipe and poured fresh concrete into the affected area. The restoration company told us that it was the best concrete job by plumbers they had ever seen. We were mightily impressed with the professionalism and work product of the Tudi Home Services’ plumbing team

Great! I have a yearly service plan that covers furnace in fall & ac in spring.

Drew B.{Technician} identified pinhole leak in a pipe above the water heater. The leak caused water to collect in the base of the heater which caused the pilot to go out. Result - COLD WATER. After repairing the leak, he sopped up the water from the base of the heater, relit the pilot light, and completed the job. Excellent work. Drew also evaluated two commodes for replacement and prepared a quote for a job to be done in the immediate future.

Tudi Mechanical is extremely efficient, punctual and trustworthy company. They have installed new furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers in my home and have maintained my HVAC system for a number of years. We have a maintenance contract with TUDI and twice a year they come out to do routine checks and maintenance of the HVAC system. If I had an emergent need they responded quickly to fix the issue. I trust their work and the technicians who work on my HVAC. All the field service techs who have serviced our account have been good. Dave K is the field service technician who normally services our account...and he does a great job.Any questions I have or recommendation needed I always get a trusted answers I highly recommend Tudi Mechanical.

Very curtious and professional. Very concerned with the condition of my property taking measures to ensure cleanliness. All items were performed from contract and on a timely matter. Very knowledgeable. From sales to install was top notch.

I initially had a representative out to investigate why the fan was not running as Spring approached, and it was found that a new motor was needed. Since the unit was coming up against it's shelf life, Tudi scheduled a Sales Rep to come out the very next day to assess our home, and provide an estimate on options. The Sales Rep provided us a competitive pricing structure compared to their competitors, and having used them in the past for all our servicing and repairs, thereby knowing their quality of service, we proceeded forward. The scheduled a full install for a week later, which was very much appreciated as warm weather was finally approaching! Ross Shapiro was our installer, he walked me through what they would be working on that day when he arrived and answered all my questions, he was very clean in all work areas during the process, and the quality of the installation was perfect!! I would highly recommend Tudi based on their high quality of service, friendly staff, and very competitive pricing structure!!
