Excellent Services

This is our second cleaning across the years. Jim does an EXCELLENT job (as the company name implies!). Our grout and floor ends up looking near brand new. Jim is a perfectionist and extremely hard worker, along with being responsive and reliable. His info is a must keep for any homeowner!!

I called at the last minute & basically needed a miracle performed with the timing and with my very old and very dirty carpeting! One of my dogs had been very sick with a UTI , so needless to say I had many "accidents" that needed attention. I truly wasn't expecting much due to the condition of my carpeting and the age of it, But I was truly surprised & happy with the outcome.

All went well. The carpet is old and they did a nice job, They were friendly and on time. When they left they told me the garage door was open, which leads to our house. What they didn't say is they also left the door to my home wide open which let in flies. I wished they would have pulled that door shut. In general though they did a fine job and I would use them again.

Everything went well. Carpet was cleaned. I was given a demonstration on the grout cleaning so I could see if it would work for what I needed. Was very impressed with the results. Jim returned my initial phone call quickly and got back to me to set up a time. Actually arrived early - no waiting for him! Explained everything and got to work. Very happy with this service.

He was able to schedule the work within a couple days. He arrived on schedule and did a great job cleaning and advising on keeping the area dry going forward. He also had additional cleaning supplies that he left us with

Jim was excellent to work with and was the most responsive company in understanding my needs and giving me a quote. He arrived and completed his work exactly in the time frame he had suggested. I am very impressed by his extra efforts to eliminate several old coffee stains in my carpet and it looks great. He also has a spanking clean van and all his equipment and hoses are carefully cleaned after the work is done so it arrives like new for the next customer. Very conscientious. Plus a really nice guy. Overall good quality work, punctual, professional, accommodating. They were unable to remove a small stain in a prominent area. That’s really the only downside.

Jim and team showed up on time, thoroughly reviewed each piece, put down tarps to make sure nothing was ruins during cleaning and picked up after themselves as if they were never there! The carpets and sofa turned out great! All stains were removed and they smelled great!

First left a phone message on Friday afternoon and heard back from him before evening. We had an estimate by Saturday and he came on Monday, even a bit early, with his promised "heads up call" that he was on his way. Jim Gallagher is no rookie and he is the owner/operator. Before hiring him we confirmed he's certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for carpet cleaning, an important certification to us for real carpet cleaners. He got right down to work asap, spraying all the trouble spots I pointed out right away with a custom professional spotter cocktail so the solution had time to work before he went to work with the carpet cleaning wand. He protected corners from abrasion by his hoses. Provided booties to protect the cleaned but damp carpet for us afterwards. Even finished by the time he estimated. It was a tall order for any carpet cleaner given the number of stains and the length of time they had to set. While we hoped for better, it likely went as well as could be expected. He warned us about wicking which we experienced. These are deep stains (even imbedded in the pad beneath) that while removed from all the visible fibers of the carpet end up working their way up the carpet fibers as they dry.

Jim worked hard and did a nice job. My wife is very pleased, and that's really all that matters (she's picky). :)

The job went very well. I would use Excellent Services again for my next carpet cleaning project. My neighbor already asked about the company because she saw the truck in my driveway and I recommended the company.

They were punctual and did a nice job getting out stubborn pet stains.

Great. Crew professional, pleasant. Arrived on time. Rates competitive. I liked working with a local company that could give me a specific arrival time versus a window of time. The carpets/tile look great. They were able to remove some stubborn stains completely. Would definitely recommend.
