Jim from Excellent Services did a great job! He responded promptly to my Inquiry and offered helpful recommendations for my situation. He arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work cleaning and deodorizing my carpets. Now they look brand new and smell super fresh. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the work on my sofa. It was stained before the cleaning and the stains were still there after the cleaning. For the money spent to clean upholstery (over $500), I was disappointed with the outcome.
