Showed up when he said he would and did a great job on all the carpets

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the work on my sofa. It was stained before the cleaning and the stains were still there after the cleaning. For the money spent to clean upholstery (over $500), I was disappointed with the outcome.

What an amazing experience! I had been holding off on getting my sectional cleaned as I wanted the best of the best. We were in the process of moving and Jim saved the day! We had him clean carpets in our old house and both carpets (including orientals) and hardwood floors cleaned in our new house. The timing couldn't have been better. Jim gave us an estimate over the phone and kept to it. The hardwood floors in our new house were marked and needed to be cleaned. Jim has a special machine that he uses for hardwood floors and he did a great job - made the hardwood floors look like new! Jim is a one man show and is both personable, a hard worker, and honest. I would definitely use him again!
