Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets of 3 bedrooms, a large basement room, and 2 staircases in a newly purchased home with no furniture. They were punctual, professional, and relatively affordable (compared to another company that gave us a quote). I really appreciated that the 2 owners run the business and do their own work, so these are the people who answer the calls, give the price quotes, etc., which made the process feel reliable and streamlined. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Jim and Mike were AMAZING. They showed up 5 mins early and explained everything they would do before they did it. There were so nice and personable. We had some tough, years-old stains and they explained the various options they had available and the associated cost up front allowing to me choose. They even spot tested one of my stubborn spots from before I moved in before having me commit to paying the extra for the special solution to remove it. I'm so glad I said yes because they got all of those spots out. We had several pet stains and they removed every one except one that I unfortunately used a cleaner that made it set in further so they couldn't remove it. But it was greatly lightened. By the time they were done, my cream carpets looked new carpet was just installed. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I even already recommended them to all of my family and we will use them again in our new house.

Description of Work: There were blood stains all over my carpets in living room hall and dining room...dog had colitis episode...I tried to clean but not sucessful...they were able to remove the stains! They pretreated and then cleaned carpets. Gave me some product to use if any stains were not gone but there have been no stains to clean! Very nice men who got down to business and did the work well.
