Mike and Jim came out to clean our basement carpet and as always they did a fantastic job. You can't go wrong with Excellent Services. They do a fantastic job. You can't go wrong!!

Excellent Services are truly excellent. Within days of ordering my package on Angie's List, Mike called up with details about the job. He talked to me for 45 minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge about what products to use for different stains on my carpet. Jim and Mike arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were friendly, hard working and took pride in their work. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. I've never had such a professional company clean my carpets. My carpets had stains from pets and all the stains were removed. My carpet looks like new, thanks to Excellent Services.

We made the plans and worked together for a mutual time they were prompt they even helped me remove things from the rooms that I wasn't able to get out of there before hand they were very congenial thorough and the carpet looks beautiful. They came in went right to work they were efficient they were quick, everything went smooth and they were gone!

First let me say that from beginning to end, this company could not have been more responsive or professional! They were quick to respond to my order, and were great with returning email and phone calls too. As for the actual service, they came to clean my living room and very icky indoor/outdoor kitchen carpeting. We were planning on ripping out the kitchen carpet if it didn't clean well, but I have to say ... it looks sooooo much better! They did such a surprisingly good job that it bought me some time to decide on what I actually want to replace the carpeting with. I was warned that a couple of the living room carpet stains may come back after everything dried, but I have to say it still looks great weeks later. The work was done by Jim and Mike who I understand are the owners of the company. They were the kind of guys that made you feel like you have known them your whole life, very down to earth and easy to talk to. They were great at explaining what they were going to do and gave great tips on maintaining the carpets after the job. I would and will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone I know! A++++++ Service and workmanship!!!

They were very professional, and seemed to actually enjoy what they were doing. I was impressed by the quality of the job, there were spots on the carpeting I really didn't think would ever come out, but they're gone! They explained everything as they went, took the time to answer my questions, asked if I was satisfied with the work. Very personable, very prompt, and got the job done in a short period of time. I understand the two men are the owners of the business, I would feel comfortable leaving the house with them in it to do the job.

I called Excellent Services based on the good reviews I saw on Angies List and was not disappointed. I needed my carpets cleaned in a hurry and when I called Mike was on the road and actually pulled off to take my call. They were able to schedule me two days later. Mike and Jim were prompt, professional, pleasant, extremely careful and conscientious and a pleasure to have in my home. I have had my carpets done the past but their work surpassed anything I had done previously.

Jim and Mike arrived on time and got right to business. We did a walk through so I could point out anything I was concerned with or anything that needed extra attention - then they started cleaning. I was more than pleased with the end product. They had me check each room as it was completed to make sure I was satisfied which was unexpected but very nice. They took great care to make sure my hardwood floors were protected while cleaning the furniture and took their time with everything phase of the cleaning. Both Mike and Jim were very professional yet friendly and personable and great to work with. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

The carpets had not been cleaned in several years and were pretty soiled and stained. They did a thorough job of pre-treating the spots and cleaning the carpets. Not all the spots were removed but they did a very good job removing most of them. They arrived within the time frame that was scheduled and got right to work. Jim and Mike are very professional and I enjoyed working with them. I'd use them again in the future.

Jim and Mike showed up on time, dressed professionaly for the job. They had an idea of what we wanted done, but did a walk through of the house and explained the process for teh cleaning. They also pointed out a few areas that would need extra attention. ( Our Basement carpets had not been cleaned in several years so they were very dirty ). After the walk through they they prepared the paper work and I signed for them to start the job. It took a few hours to clean the basement and all the furniture, but they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them!!

John arrived within the time frame promised. He got to work immediately and repeatedly warned us to be careful not to fall since the carpet would be damp for awhile. He did a super job.

John got a cancellation on the day I called him & so he was able to come that day even though I was out of his usual area. Very professional. Told me everything he was going to do. Carpets look great!
