The pricing was fair, they took they're time, very friendly and I can't say enough nice things about them. I would recommend them to anybody.

The providers were punctual and professional. I called on a Thursday and they fit me in the next day. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Very personable!

I called Excellent Services on Wednesday afternoon. They were able to accommodate my request and came first thing Thursday morning to take care of a pet accident, which was much appreciated. The price is a little more than competitors I've used previously. However, the carpet looks and smells wonderful. They sanitized and deodorized without leaving a strong, perfumed smell. It also dried very quickly. The gentleman that did the work was one of the owners. He was very polite and professional. He also explained what he planned to do and made some recommendations for me to make the final decision on services.

Jim and Mike did an excellent job, They were very polite and nice to deal with,they took a lot of time making sure everything was done to perfection. I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.

The two gentlemen that cleaned the carpets were the two owners who were very professional and very courteous. They worked extremely hard at pretreating an area that had pet stains. They did a fantastic job getting the carpet the best that they could be and looking refreshed. I would definietly use them again

A family member got sick and threw up all over the couch, such that it had soaked into the cushions. Excellent Services came in the evening of the 17th. They were able and willing to take the couch out onto the porch to thoroughly clean the frame and cushions. They also cleaned the other sections of the couch so it was all fresh and the same color. They succeeded in removing the stain and most importantly the smell from deep in the cushions. They were very professional and pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, and will call them again to clean the upholstery and even the area rugs.

They did an amazing job. They were easy to schedule and were able to give us an estimate over the phone. The carpets look beautiful and so does our sectional couch. They were cautious and careful with our furniture and belongings. I would highly recommend using them over the national brands.

The individuals performing the work were personable and professional and were very careful of our property and safety. All of the carpeting looks like new even though it is fifteen years old. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved and cleaned well in nooks and crannies. I will definitely have them return when the carpets need cleaned again. They explained how long the areas would need to dry and they placed square blocks under heavier pieces of furniture.

Excellent Services lives up to its name. The two owner-operators were pleasant and resourceful. They had to search a bit to find a water valve, then -- seeing that it leaked -- they carved up an empty plastic bottle and set it underneath to catch the drips and spare me the trouble of sopping up a mess. Afterward, they drained the water from the spigot (which was outside) to keep it from freezing over the winter. They arrived early and finished ahead of time, since they knew I had a commitment soon afterward. These guys really are excellent, and I will call them again.

They arrived right on time and were very personable and friendly. I genuinely enjoyed having them in my house and they did an amazing job of telling me what they were doing while they were doing it. They updated me on their progress the whole time and even gave me pointers for in the future and ways to spot clean my carpet that I had not done previously.

It was good. It was a great experience. They did a real good job. There was an additional fee for the cleaning solution to help with the pet’s stain. It was a nominal fee. I don’t remember it being expensive. The cost was good.

Both gentleman arrived, set up, and cleaned up in a little over an hour. Extremely satisfied with the results and how they worked quickly! Will use on a yearly basis.

These folks did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. It's a mess process but they managed it well.

Very well. We were moving into the house from out of state and I called them to see if they would be able to come the day before the movers arrived. They came, cleaned all of the carpeting in the house in a timely, professional manner. The carpets were completely dry and ready by the time the movers arrived. They were very personable and professional and I would definitely hire again.

Friendly, timely, and great work

Jim and Mike were on-time, courteously called 30 minutes prior. Set up quickly, and very diligently cleaned two high-traffic carpet areas with difficult stains. The results were amazing. No stains, bright, fresh-smelling carpet! Mike said, "You know, you've got to be obsessive-compulsive about cleaning." They were not fast, but extremely focused on detail. Blocks were placed under furniture that had been moved. Areas wiped down where their hoses were. Corner-protectors were used where hoses passed by stairwells. I had never seem such attention to detail. The polite, professionalism was also great. And the price couldn't be beat. Do yourself a favor in the future and hire Excellent Services for your cleaning.

Pleasant, professional gentlemen who arrived promptly, did an excellent job and made sure there were no messes left. They also left a business card and told me to contact them if I had any problems or questions. I would readily recommend this company

Great experience! Easy to schedule and good price for cleaning carpets in the entire house. Arrived on time and reviewed areas needing cleaned along with confirming cost.
