Excellent Services

I love them. There were additional fees. We had them spray to get rid of the dirt. We had the other Scotchgard put on. I think price was great. It was reasonable. Their responsiveness was fine. They were very nice guys. We would definitely use them in the future.

They are fantastic! I will book them every year from now on. Both men are very friendly and focused on their work which is why it is high quality. They are responsive by email and phone.

Jim and Mike were extremely professional and thorough. They contacted me the day before and told me exactly when they would be at my home and they came right on time! My furniture had not been cleaned in a very long time and WOW, what a big difference! They vacuumed my furniture beforehand with a strong suction vacuum. These guys went above and beyond. They added Scotchguard as well for an extra $20 and I purchased, (for $15) a fabulous spot remover that works extremely well that I can use in case of spills.Before they left they even vacuumed my entire carpet with their high powered vacuum, no charge! They mentioned they also do ceramic tile cleaning, grout, and carpet cleaning, of course. I loved how they treated my furniture and my home like it was their own! They were so personable, courteous and very neat and precise with their work. I HIGHLY recommend Excellent Services!! The name of the business suits it perfectly, but I would like to rename their company "THE MOST EXCELLENT SERVICES!" I would recommend this company to everyone!

They showed up on time. I needed two couches and a recliner cleaned. They did a great job of pretreating and cleaned all three pieces in about an hour and a half or so. The recliner looks like new! The couches look great but the difference in the chair blows me away! Very nice guys. I would definitely use them again.

Very nice gentlemen. Arrived on time and got the work done. Seems to be a good job. The only thing I have to comment on is the price. I got a deal but then I had to pay for spot cleaning, hall and scotch guard. So an additional $70 was needed. Not what I was expecting. I have very small rooms.

Great experience! I purchased the carpet cleaning for my mother as a gift, and Jim was helpful in arranging the appointment and the types of services she would need for best results. He and Mike arrived on time and did a thorough and professional job, and my mom was simply delighted with the outcome. In terms of all the things you are looking for when allowing someone into your home, these guys delivered: friendly, punctual, capable, willing to do what was promised, and provided a feeling of safety and security for my mother. The name doesn't lie. This service is excellent in every way you can imagine. They were professional; they were on time; they did a really great job on upholstered furniture that had never been cleaned; they stayed in touch with me to let me know when they were arriving; and they only took about an hour and a half to do a deep clean of my upholstery. They put tarps down to protect my floors and brought plastic sleeves to protect the wood work when they were moving their equipment in and out. I would use them again in a second. They were WOW.

Jim & Mike did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and furniture. They worked really hard and took pride in their work. Our furniture and carpets look much better than they have in a while. The guys were very professional and personable. I will recommend them to family and friends.

We discussed with the owners what we wanted to have cleaned before we made the appt. They reviewed and discussed it again upon arrival and there were no extra or hidden fees. The work was done thoroughly and the carpet and chairs they cleaned look great.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They provided me with suggestions for preparing for their visit. They completed the job after a few hours, set up fans to help dry the carpeting, gave us information about when it would be safe to walk on the carpets again.

Jim was prompt in corresponding with me to coordinate the time. He arrived on time and did a GREAT job cleaning the carpet. It's not a large apartment so there was plenty of wear on the carpeting in high-traffic areas and he made them look very nice again. Excellent Services was great from the initial contact through completion of service. They were responsive and highly professional. They gave us a fantastic price and the work Jim did lived up to the company's name -- excellent, indeed. Jim came prepared with a large tarp to protect our wood floors and was very thorough in his cleaning process. The couch and area rug looked brand new when he was done. We would definitely use Excellent Services again!

Jim and Mike were great! They were on time,friendly, and professional. During our phone conversation, many questions were asked so that when they came out to complete the job everyone knew what to expect. Jim and Mike are the owners and operators of the company so they set everything up and completed the job, instead of having to explain everything to someone new upon arrival. There was a spot on my carpet that ChemDry told me would never come out - Excellent Services got it out. There was a spot on the carpet in the basement that I have been trying to get out for a long time - it is now gone as well. My carpets and furniture look great. The guys were very accommodating to whatever I needed including making a pet barrier with my furniture so the dog would not walk on the carpet! I will definitely be using Excellent Services again and highly recommend their furniture and upholstery cleaning services.

I have light colored carpets that had some stains from moving including some tar stains. they were all removed and the carpet was soft afterward. the service was prompt and professional and will definitely call on Excellent Services again. I already referred a friend and family member.
