I was very happy with the carpet cleaning by Excellent Services. They were on time, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. They removed stains that previous carpet cleaning companies could not remove.

All chairs cleaned up very well, with only very minor spots remaining. We were very satisfied with the results.

Extremely happy with the professionalism and individualized approach from Jim and Mike. The cleaning was excellent (no pun intended) -they made my stairs from the basement look like I got new carpet. I have used several other companies through the years, but from now on will only use Excellent Services.

They called me back right away. After discussing what needed to be done, they gave me an estimate and I scheduled the work. He cleaned a small section of tile to see if it would give the desired effect. It looked great so he did both the tile and the carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned in a number of years so we were not sure how well it would clean. In the end it looked much better than I anticipated.

We felt the carpet cleaning was very good however, after they left, we realized they hadn't moved any of the furniture...not even a standing lamp. They simply cleaned around all the furniture. You can see the difference now between where they cleaned and didn't clean. We left them a message inquiring about this and they, responded back that they would have moved the furniture if we had asked. They were uninterested in the issue. We noted afterward that their terms and conditions asked that customers not remove paper underneath legs of furniture until the carpet dried so it seesm like they usually do move the furniture?

Jim was prompt, very careful to respect my home, did a superb job, and left me with beautiful clean carpet. Almost dry by the time he left. Unlike others you could tell the dirt was truly being sucked out with the dirty water. Best contractor for carpets in 15 years! Thanks

Jim and Mike were a great team - promptly returned my initial call, explained the process for me, and got me on the schedule quickly. On the day of the service, they were very professional and punctual, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They did a great job on the area rugs. I would definitely hire again.

Jim and Mike were prompt, reliable, careful, thorough, and very personable. We were absolutely delighted with their work. The stained grout in our kitchen looks almost like new -- I never thought it could be brought back to life! The grout cleaning was about $1.55 a square foot.

They asked many questions to ensure the services provided met my expectations which they did. Great team that I felt comfortable leaving alone in my home. They care about the services they provided as they own the company vs. hired help. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

They were terrific. They put a tarp under the sofa and protective pads under the sofa legs. They asked in advance if I wanted scent (not!), were thoughtful about blocking in my neighbor in my shared driveway. Having recovered several balls under the sofa (surprise!) they occasionally threw one to my dog. I would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job. All carpet was spot cleaned as well. They were in and out in about 3 hours.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job Excellent Services did for me. I expected the steam cleaning to be good, based on its Angie's List ratings. It exceeded my expectations. My call for service was promptly returned the same day and the work was quickly scheduled. Every step of the process was professionally and kindly handled. I was pleased when I saw the powerful, commercial equipment hooked up to the truck and learned that steam would be used. The end result: All of the carpet, including the bad spots, were spotless in no time. I also had a very effective deodorizing done because of our old dog. On completion, The carpet was just a bit damp and dried in no time. Best carpet cleaning ever. I learned a long time you pay for what you get and bargain cleanings are throwing away good money. These guys are real pros, have top-of-the-line equipment and know what they are doing. I'll be calling Excellent Services from now on.

Jim and Mike were wonderful. They had to readjust their schedule to accommodate an unexpected issue for me, and they were gracious in dealing with my scheduling conflict. When they arrived, they worked quickly and thoroughly. They had to deal with a number of pet stains, and, although all could not be totally eliminated, my carpets look and smell great. Any communication with Jim was professional: calls were returned in a timely manner, and the phone estimate was accurate. I have hired a number of different carpet cleaners over the years, and I think I finally found one I will use again and again.
