The repairmen came out within a couple of hours of my call to the company. They introduced themselves and were very professional. Went to work right away after me describing what had happened. They explained what they were doing and what was wrong. The refrigerator was repaired quickly with a new compressor. It works great.

Very well, they replaced broken parts, cleaned everything out and explain each part as it was happening.

When the repairman arrived (I believe his name was David), the first thing he had us do was to sign a bunch of forms, apparently so that he wouldn't be held legally accountable for anything that went wrong. Absolutely nothing was left to trust here. Next, he spent about 5 minutes resetting a switch inside the back cover of the unit. This turned on the refrigerator. He wouldn't speculate on what might have caused the unit to shut off in the first place. Instead he offered to charge us about $600 to replace two parts that may or may not have been faulty. We declined his offer, and he proceeded to charge us $175 ($80 for the consultation and $95 for an hour's worth of labor). Remember, this took all of 5 minutes. He could also have used some customer service lessons, as he was very brusque. We will never call this repair service again. The fridge stopped working two days later.

It went great. David diagnosed the problem expediently and proceeded to fix it in a very timely manner. My husband and I were very impressed with his relaxed, methodical, and spot on diagnosis. He was very professional and careful about our home as the job required him to remove ceiling tiles, and clean lint and condensation from our vent line. We called him on Friday evening and he came out the very next day. The extra charge for a weekend was not as bad as I expected. We could not be more pleased. We would not hesitate to call him again and will certainly recommend him to others.

After getting rejections from most repair services due to the fact that they did not touch Samsungs, we were shocked that Niyalu was willing to take a look at our dryer the same day that we contacted them. We were kept aware of our serviceman's arrival time via text. David was personable, professional and quite skilled. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our dryer. The entire experience restored my faith in service companies. While not cheap, I feel the price was fair given the prompt and courteous service. Keep up the great work.

After checking out my washer, which was in a recent flood, David determined there appeared to be no problems with it. He said he would not replace the motor unless he felt it needed to be replaced. He spent time checking everything out & answered my questions & only charged me for the service call. I would definitely recommend him to anyone as he was very responsive, punctual & very fair. I will call him again if services are needed.

Very well. The technician came on July 4th with only a modest "holiday" upcharge. He diagnosed the problem right away and made the repair.

David was very knowledable, super friendly, and professional. Their communicatuon by phone and Izm was beyond expectation.

David returned my call within hours and he scheduled himself to come out ON the 4th of July!! I figured I would just leave a message and he would call back on the 5th. There was NO extra charge for the holiday. David gave a 2 hour window and was prompt. He was professional and very knowledgeable and diagnosed issue immediately. He talked me through what happened as he worked to fix issue. He told me his service charge right up front and hourly rate so there were zero surprises. I have him a B for cost only because I was charged more money because I live 20 miles from him. This is fine and I expect it but not quite that much. I validated the cost because he didn’t charge a holiday fee. We will be calling David in the future for sure!

Could not have gone better. Many repair services will not work on this range. It is complicated.

It went very well. David came with the right parts and equipment. He assured us he could fix the problem and he lived up to his promise.

The gentleman that answered the phone was courteous and helpful. He sent David to help within a couple of hours. David is very knowledgeable and knew what was needed within minutes. He explained the problem and the repair every step of the way. He was also very polite and nice to talk with. I'll be calling them for any future repair needs.

Very well. He even explained what I could do to prevent this from happening again. I had tried 2 other appliance repair businesses two days prior and was instructed to leave a message. They never returned my calls. In contrast I called Niyalu, talked to a person and he came within 2 hours. My refrigerator problem was quickly resolved by a competent and knowledgeable individual who I would definitely recommend.

They told me over the phone that it would be an 80. Service call fee plus parts. When they were done they added another 100. To service call fee. So we ended up paying 242.00 for a simple repair of a low end refrigerator. They should have informed us of the additional 100. Fee. I asked repeatedly over the phone what the service call free was and they said 80. It is deceptive practices classic bait and switch.

The technician was able to come to our house the same day. He was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it quickly and affordably. He was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others.

The technician came the day I called, was polite and knowledgable and efficient. Price is on the high side, but I did get same day service.

Very prompt with his response to our service request. We contacted him on a Friday evening and he not only responded right away to our email, but came the next day (a Saturday) by early afternoon! That is unheard of with appliance repair services! He promptly identified the problem, had the part on his truck and was in and out within a half an hour. Polite, professional and friendly. A "fair" for price, but honestly, appliance repair cost is high regardless of provider. He was upfront with his diagnostic fee and labor fee before coming out. To me, it was worth it because I wasn't going to have to wait a week (according to several other appliance repair service providers) to have my dryer repaired. Would recommend and definetly use again!

A great appliance mystery was solved because David did not give up and worked the problem. When he first got there, the dishwasher was working again -- the worst nightmare for someone who calls a service technician. I really appreciated that he stayed and tried several different approaches until he came up with the solution (mice chewed through one of the hoses, triggering a shutoff mechanism). The part has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. I absolutely will use this company again. Very pleased.
