I called them to schedule an appt. Was told to follow up with text messages. After back and forth messages about who was paying, whether or not my wife was a tenant (we are the home owners), I gave up and cancelled. Things probably would have been fine if we talked, but the texting was an irritating and troublesome way to work out an appt.

Scheduled immediately. Person showed up in less than 30 minutes. The problem was diagnosed immediately and fixed in one hour. There was and up charge which seemed unnecessary. I agreed to pay. Was very happy with the eventual outcome. Knowledge and expertise was worth the extra money. I wanted the problem solved and it was. I was told that a quote for fixing the ice-maker flap will be forthcoming. Let us see if he follow up as good. I would use again.

1. he was 45 minutes late for the 10-noon appointment window. 2. He refused to honor the "Appliance Diagnostic Call" "Here's The Deal". The deal price was $99.99 and he insisted I pay $130. I gave him $130 like he asked.

The diagnosis was either the control board or the compressor was bad. We didn’t know until the next morning, depending if water would freeze . It did not, so that meant that it was the compressor.

David came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It works again! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and offered some good advice to keep the problem from happening again.

We used Niyalu on July 4, 2018 to repair an upright freezer. We paid $269.41 for the repair. We recommended them to friends, but it was reported back that they were unhappy with the service. On April 18, 2019, the freezer stopped working again. We called a different repair company because of the reports from friends, The technician told us that because of the way the Niyalu technician had "rigged up" the repair, it had caused the compressor to run constantly, which burned it out and that we were very lucky it hadn't caught on fire. The estimate for a new compressor and all attendant parts was more than the cost of a new freezer. So after paying Niyalu, eight months later we need a new freezer and we are lucky that our house didn't burn down because of the rigged-up repair job they did,

Initially, David replaced a lid switch, but when I had other issues following the replacement, David came back and diagnosed what was going on. He was excellent in letting me know when he would arrive, and had a very professional attitude.

David did a great job. I raised some concerns after his initial visit and he came back and reviewed the job with me. He made minor modifications to ensure that I was comfortable with the repair. He is personable, talented and very customer service oriented. I've also not seen anyone so hard-working in a long time.

David correctly diagnosed a blown control board on our Samsung dryer. While he could have repaired the unit, he correctly advised us to replace the dryer based on its age. He did not feel that the repair cost could be justified. He charged only for a service call and diagnostic visit.

My fridge was making the dreaded "Samsung noise" for a few days before shutting down altogether. Niyalu was responsive, prompt and efficient -- they emailed back immediately, scheduled an appointment for that morning and had the replacement part (a fan) on the truck. They even gave advice on how to avoid this ongoing issue with Samsung refrigerators.

called Saturday at 1:30pm; David was here within two hours! Identified the issue quickly; replaced the pipe; re-adjusted and re-installed dishwasher; worked very cleanly.

From my son, located in Bellevue: After several debacles with another service company, and nobody else having any availabilty, I called Niyalu. My refrigerator was down for almost 2 weeks and we had spent several days off work awaiting another company. I called Niyalu at 10:00 AM, they arrived at around 12:15 PM, and I was putting food back into my refigerator by around 3:00 PM. I was even provided a GPS link to the technician at the time he said he was in his way (which is unnecessary, but nice). I have to say, compared to the rates I was given from other places, they’re on the high end. However, they make up for that with the level of service you receive. As the old adage goes, “Good work ain’t cheap, abd cheap work ain’t good.”

Well. No immediate work needed but he was responsive when I made the call and answered all my questions during the visit.
