Description of Work: When I first called to inquire about services and prices, the manager, Melissa, provided detailed information about the process and the procedures specific to my particular type of carpet (low-pile wool). The service included inspection for evidence of pet urine, which was done first at home during pick-up and again at the company's premises before cleaning. The company and sanitized 3 carpets totalling 218 sq.ft. Two technicians picked up the carpets and delivered them back in 3 days. They also unwrapped and laid the cleaned carpets at time of delivery. The price for this service, including the $70 pickup/delivery charge, was substantially less than I had paid a different company to clean the same carpets in my home the year before. Not only were the carpets cleaned and deodorized, but some rippling in the texture of one carpet (caused by a chair with casters) was smoothed out.
