I have always been very happy with their work. The job went very well. Everything was done very quickly and accurately. The quality of their work was good. They were very professional. I have used other companies where it takes overnight or little longer to dry out everything. They did the work quickly and did not take longer time. They were reliable, responsible, and timely. I would use them in the future.

We spent about $700 on that service. We liked them and they were just very pleasant to work with. They explained everything to us before hand and the quote that we got was the price that we paid. The people there were very pleasant and they came out when they said they were going to. When the guy came out to do our tile, we had a question about one of the rooms that he had done, but I could not tell because it a half bathroom and there was no light in there, but he came out just to check and did a spot that I did not think was clean enough and there was no charge. We were very happy with them and we would definitely use them again. The carpet was just clean and they dried quicker and it could be walked on a little sooner.

Previously when they cleaned my carpet they did an ok job but it is not worth the additional increase in price.

Everything went well. My only concern is that the carpets feel stiff. I am not sure if he rinsed them well enough.

Although the chem dry process comes highly recommended, I am thoroughly disappointed. Most stains were not removed, and the carpets did not look any better once they dried than they did before they'd been cleaned. The carpets were not in particularly bad shape prior to cleaning. I simply wanted them cleaned prior to moving into this house. The steps from the kitchen to family room were left with terrible stains, which the cleaner said he could not remove. I rented a steamer from the grocery store for $25 and was able to remove all of the stains left behind by chem dry, and the carpets actually look (and smell) clean now. This was really a complete waste of money. They also cleaned a sofa, which smells terrible now.

Came 20 minutes early from the 11am - 1pm window given, which was great! Very professional and gave me all the info I needed before they started. Heavier carpets took longer than I expected to dry, but the cleaning was excellent. Will definitely call them back!

They are just great. We have used them for seven years now and have never had any kind of problem with them. The office manager Linda, is a gem. She is the most responsive person in the world and keeps up on everything. The crew that did the work was also top notch.

They were very good. Came as scheduled took no breaks and completed quickly. Very good experience.

JEFF AND ANOTHER MAN CAME AT THE TIME THEY WERE DUE. THEY WERE CLEAN, VERY POLITE AND WENT ABOVE WHAT I THOUGHT THEY WOULD DO AS FAR AS MOVING FURNITURE. THEY EVEN CLEANED A SMALL RUG UNDER MY COFFEE TABLE.

I HAD A 20% COUPON. THE DATE WAS EASY TO SET UP AND THE GUYS WERE PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NEAT IN THEIR WORK AND GAVE TOUGHER SPOTS SPECIAL ATTENTION. I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY FINISHED AND HOW NICE AND BRIGHT THE CLEAN CARPETS LOOKED. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A CAN OF SPOT CLEANER FOR IN BETWEEN, WHICH HAS WORKED GREAT. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. HE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME AND OUR CARPETS LOOKED GREAT WHEN HE LEFT.

SPOT CLEANER WORKS EXTREMELY WELL. CLEANS CARPET WITHOUT RUINING KNAP.
