I was very much pleased with his workmanship, the politeness of him, & his helpfulness in taking care of additional stains.

The tech explained the service.Recommended disinfectant since has in a basement, cleaned carpet. It took less time than be estimated.

I have used Chem Dry of Mars for years. I used them today for cleaning and deodorizing my family room and dining room carpets. The service is excellent. Linda is always friendly and very responsive when scheduling the service. John Fritz went above and beyond with the cleaning.

We have been using Chem Dry of Mars for years. They do an excellent job. We have had some catastrophic spills of spaghetti and soda pop that they have been able to remove. As always they are professional and on time.

John was on time. Arrived at 8 AM. Was professional with questions, pricing, took from 8 to 1 to accomplish set up, cleaning & clean up. I've been using for years.

Very well. Our carpets were in dire need of cleaning and almost every stain came out. I have used Chem Dry of Mars for at least five years and they never disappoint. We get our carpets cleaned twice a year, and this time I used the disinfectant since we have a one year old dog (who is now completely house-broken). Just wanted to be sure everything was very clean because we have slumber parties on the floor occasionally, at birthday time. I have NEVER found the work to be lacking & the cleaning is always very thorough. The cleaners try their very best to get everything looking pristine, and for the price...I am glad. Lisa, who schedules the appointments is SO NICE and congenial on the phone and she is always able to work us into the schedule, even whe I call at the last minute, which I did this time! There are other Chem Dry service providers in the area, but Chem Dry of Mars has proven to be the BEST!

Justin carpet cleaner, arrived fifteen minutes early, immaculately dressed in Chem. Dry uniform, reviewed area, reviewed price, setup equipment directly to work with job completed. This company also has immaculate trucks! Justin was polite and a gentle man. This company always calls the next day to make sure. You are satisfied. Rugs, couch, chair and not sopping wet! I have used them since 2002. The best! Always send you coupons received. So to discount.

Spoke with Linda to schedule carpet cleaning. She explained everything in detail and quoted a price based on my estimate of square footage. I received a reminder call and tech John arrived promptly on scheduled date. When he arrived I asked if it was possible to add the cleaning of the upholstery. (I had not realized how much it was needed until I started preparing the rooms for the carpet cleaning.) He measured the rooms and then gave me a price closed to the estimate for the carpet and a price for the cleaning and protection of the furniture. I had an online coupon for the additional work and he honored that. He tested the furniture and then proceeded to clean everything beautifully. There were some spots on one loveseat that I hadn't been able to remove and he did. He also found some oil spots on the carpet under one loveseat (apparently from the recliner mechanism) and removed those. John was professional, efficient and neat - everything was replaced and he even wiped down the hardwood stairs before he left! I will definitely use them again.

John Fritz cleaned my carpet and was professional and very friendly. He was supposed to come b/w 1-3 pm and came at 1:30 pm which I really liked so I didn't have to wait a while. He explained what the difference was b/w theirs and steam cleaning. I previously had steam cleaning and had stains reappear after a couple days (done by another company). All the nasty stains such as dog stains and unknown stains came out. he would personally get down on his hands and knees to work on an especially hard stain. My carpets have never looked this nice, even when I moved in to rent. The carpets dried within a couple hours instead of having to wait all day. I absolutely loved everything John did and my carpets look brand new. Plus, they were very quick to schedule me in and I also previous to the cleaning had someone come over and take measurements so that I could get an estimate and it was right on. Highly Recommend!!!

The technician was on time, friendly & very professional. Linda had explained on the phone the process & what would be done. This was explained to me again by John & then he went right to work. There were some tough food & dog stains on my carpeting which is beige in color but as I write this I feel like I just had a new rug installed. Initially, I thought the cost was a little high but certainly not for the excellent service and end result I received. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will use them for future jobs

Went very well. Gentleman arrived on time. Was highly professional and friendly. Services performed to exact description and time frame indicated.

I used them regularly over five years ending in 2010. Maybe more than five years. I had carpet in my bedroom. I also had a cat that would produce problems from time to time. They would come in and clean those carpets. When they cleaned them they looked like new. They also sold a thing in a spray bottle that you could use in between the visits. Where you spray it on a stain and let it sit for thirty seconds then wipe it up with a rag. It almost would variably get the stain out. They did a great job.

This company is wonderful. They use a unique drying technique that is absolutely great. I highly recommend their services.

I expected a call at 8 to tell when to expect. Instead he showed up. The tech - Justin - was outstanding. Gentleman, very professional, very thorough, knowledgeable about specifics. Supplements - anti infectives, stain protectors - were available as expected. Discussion but No pressure. I took for some areas, not others. Took ~ 5 hours. Perhaps all employees are as good, but I suggest asking for Justin. Note - this was DryChem of Mars, which is not specified in Angie's listings.

I spent about $230 on that service. They did a really wonderful job. The people were very nice, fine, very efficient, and very quick. They did a good job too and everything looked great. They did not move anything.

They did an excellent job. The people were very courteous and they were very courteous in taking care of my home so I didn't have any issues afterwards. They did a very good job with both the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. They were an excellent company and did a good job. Their prices were very reasonable and that is one of the reasons I called them. I would absolutely use them again.

I've used them for a number of years. They are really good. They do a great job and they are all natural. Their system is such that we can walk on the carpets within a couple of hours if not sooner. They might be a little high but I am willing to pay it. They are also good about coupons.

They were fine and they did their job, so I didn't have any problem at all with them. They got my carpet pretty clean. They did everything I wanted them to do. The quality of their work was good and I didn't see anything wrong with what they did. I would use them again in the future too.

I was happy with the overall result and it wasn't moist. The technicians were fine, when they were interacting with me.
