Description of Work: The work done, while adequate, was far from timely, taking over a year until completion for a single-family dwelling. Not once was work done without my calling the project manager and asking when something would be done, usually after a wait of a month or two. One of my biggest problems with the provider was the lack of communication, most especially as regards not giving any notice as to when workers would be showing up; they would appear out of the blue, do some work, then leave without a word. I never knew when a ladder was going to get propped up outside my window or when hammers would start pounding on the house, nor what was actually being done on a particular visit. The only exceptions were when they required power for their tools, when I would need to run an extension outside from the house for them. When the invoice finally arrived there was a glaring error shorting an amount I had previously paid, as well as charges for some work that was actually done by myself and which I had pointed out to the project manager. On advice, after receiving the invoice, I had the company owner out to walk the job, and the invoice problems were quickly and amicably ironed out. I would strongly urge dealing directly with the owner, a fair and honorable man, should you contract for any work to be done.

+ 0 moreA+ job for both determining hail damage and doing a great job on the installation of my roof and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone who need roof work performed.
Description of Work: Sales person came out and evaluated my roof for hail and found damage. I had him meet with my insurance company and he got the insurance company to pay to replace the roof. Sales person was top notch and was well versed at hail and wind damage. Rain proceeded to install my new roof and gutters and did a great job. I turned other family members on to them as well and all has been great.
