Description of Work: Jamie and his men did a very good job. They installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom, four floodlights, and another light fixture on the outside of our house. We were pleased with their professionalism while on our property. They cleaned up their work areas and were very courteous. They gave me advice on how to best handle certain problems that arose and his price was reasonable. I definitely plan on calling him this year to do some additional electrical work around my house.

Description of Work: Email responses were prompt. The owner and a helper showed up on time and went to work. They determined the problems and fixed what needed to be fixed. They also DIDN'T do any unnecessary "work" which made me happy. I feel the price was fair for the work that was done, and would hire them again without reservation.

Description of Work: upgraded from 100 amp service to 200 amp service. everything was done in one day. also did some other minor electrical fixes and installed outdoor 50 amp box for rv

Description of Work: Dale was very helpful and did a really good job. He showed up on time and was really nice. He was professionally dressed too. I was so pleased that they sent him.

Description of Work: He changed out 4 exterior door lights and 2 spotlights and installed a 3rd spotlight. He did a great job and worth the price. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Replaced & rewired smoke alarm system. Replaced hard to reach spot lights with LED. Extremely polite. Small business. I would call them again.

Description of Work: Replaced a fluorescent fixture in my laundry room. It was a small job but well done. He even offered to fix the fixture I had but I wanted the new one. He (James Lake) also took away the old fixture and also some additional old fluorescent tubes that I wanted to get rid of. He was a little late but called to let me know that he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes, and he did. He was nice to deal with.

Description of Work: added a receptacle above a fireplace mantel. It went well. This is the second service provided by JL Electric. The first one took nine hours because of the many requests to be fulfilled. Everything was done very professionally and to satisfaction. Work was done none-stop during that time. The provider was very professional,neat, and courteous. I would use this electrician in the future.

Description of Work: Our circuit breaker panel needed to be replaced. Jamie called me back and we set up a time. It was also a Friday afternoon. He was on time and scrambled to get what he needed before the electrical place closed. He was thorough and found some things that weren't properly done. He spent quite a few hours getting us up and running on a Friday night.

Description of Work: Jamie of JL electric is amazing! Not only did he return my call promptly but came out to the house as soon as possible. All this a few days after hurricane Sandy when he was busy. His work was top notch and he was the calm in the midst of the storm. As well, he stayed until the job was complete even though it was 9 pm. He truly came through for us!
