Eric, the owner, was able to fit us in the day we bought the deal, which was great because one of our gutters had been backing up. He came to inspect the job and determined he could do it right away. He was very professional and courteous and made a suggestion for a roof vent that we had not previously considered. He cleaned the gutters completely, including disassembling the elbows, which is where we had build up that was causing a back up. The gutters run great now, we can hear the water running in them when it rains, we have gotten some serious rain after they were cleaned and the gutters did not overflow or cause any issues for us. We could not be happier.

I bought a coupon to have my gutters cleaned out on Saturday a.m. And was contacted by Eric several hours later. He came out that same afternoon and explained to me what they were going to do. I had also asked him to remove the gutter guards that I had because they were very ineffective. they cleaned the gutters and blew off debris that was on my roof. They also removed the old gutter guards. they completed the job in about a half hour and told me what they had done. I asked him if he was able to recommend a different gutter guard and also install them. He told me my gutters sere wider then the usual ones and he would have to check to see if the ones he recommended came in that size. He said he would get back to me with the info and a price. I am waiting to hear from him.

Cons: I told him about my problem with the corner gutter exhaust but he either didn't really care, didn't have the tools to fix it, or just tired. I found out later that Eric's partner just dumped/threw all the waste in my gutter down to my garden. It was very messy and I had to clean it up. After all he did it in about 30 minutes. I was not satisfied at all. I wanted someone to take care of my gutter and also to get an estimate (my main goal) for a new roof from, so I gave it a chance with Eric; however, with the service he had given me, I don't feel like I can trust him with my roof. This is my opinion. Pros: He seemed very friendly and approachable. He also seemed to be knowledgeable when it comes to roofs. He responded to all my phone calls promptly with friendly voice.

Great! I purchased a "deal" on Angie's List, was contacted the same day and service was scheduled for the next day. Eric called me before arriving at my home as I requested. I asked him to also clean the gutter on my carport (about 15 feet), and he did so at no extra charge. The service was quick, thorough and I will definitely call them again!

It went extremely well. To begin, Eric, the owner, came out the day after the storm to assess the damage. His crew then returned a day later to attempt to cover the holes in the roof from the storm. Unfortunately the roof could not be completely covered due to safety concerns, but they did the best they could. Eric then came back the following week when the insurance adjuster was there to ensure that I got a fair deal from my insurance. The insurance company tried to low ball me and state the roof needed minor repairs but Eric was insistant that it truly was not safe to repair and needed to be replaced. (Even as a layman, I could tell the roof was done.) After debating with the adjuster, the insurance agreed to pay to have the roof replaced and not repaired. Keep in mind, this was without any commitment on my part to utilize Better Roofer for any repairs or replacement. Eric then had a crew to replace the roof 3 days later and the work was completed over a two day period. The crew was very friendly and careful of the property and surrounding property as to not cause any other issues. They completely cleaned up when they were finished and you could hardly tell that anyone was there. I now have a new roof which looks quite good and should last for a very long time.
