+ -1 moreExcellent. This year (2006) they came to do some follow-up work on encapsulation they put in place in 2005. They provide excellent scheduling service and pleasant workers. Their product did EXACTLY what they claimed and compared to other estimates I had; they were less expensive AND did not use pressure tactics. They provided a long, apparently unscreened, list of references and I called several references before I had the work done the first time. ALL references were excellent. Re: billing: this year, with the repair work, at first they billed me the amount that they stated they would charge when I set up the work. But, the actual work turned out to be much less time consuming than they and I expected. I called to explain that after I got the bill, and they adjusted the bill immediately.
Description of Work: They encapsulated a dirt crawlspace (encapsulation is an option to simply venting a dirt crawlspace) and followed up with some repair.
