Description of Work: My hot water heater sprung a leak. I called Haller. They scheduled a visit to give me an estimate (they gave me multiple possible solutions). I choose to do a tankless water tank and a water softener system. The Haller representatives were professional and completely met the expectations they had set for me.

Description of Work: Just recently purchased a home. Had Haller tear out the 40 year old gas furnace and the older air conditioning unit that was on its last legs and replace it with new energy efficient units. The technician and help arrived promptly at 7:30 and were able to complete the job in one day. Since then I have had to utilize both the air conditioning and the heat which work fantastically. I am not sure what else could have been done that would have made my experience better.

Description of Work: I use Haller annually to do furnace and A/C tune-ups. They are very professional in all respects. The service in Aug was for a Preventive Maintenance evaluation of my electrical and plumbing systems. In additional to their standard review practice, they keyed in on items of interest to me (switches that didn't work, feasibility of changing the bathtub, etc.). They fixed some of my issues and gave me estimates for the larger items. I plan to schedule to these later in the year.

+ -1 moreI got estimates from 4 different companies. Haller was not the cheapest, but came in with the most detailed and comprehensive plan. The estimator (Rob) was very thorough and oriented to my needs rather than trying to sell me extra stuff (unlike some of the estimators from other companies),. He noted the problems involved in creating a new kitchen in an older house, and had some creative suggestions (including how to install the vent stack without voiding the warranty on the rubber roof above the new addition). The plumber from Haller came in as scheduled and completed the work within the 2-day period that had been estimated. This plumber also was quite creative in suggesting adjustments on site (including using plex for the water supply to the second floor porch plant-watering spigot -- I had insisted on copper for the rest of the job).. Everyone from Haller was professional, competent, and informaive. I will definitely request their bid on the upcoming electrical work in the new section of the housel
Description of Work: Rough plumbing for a kitchen addition at the back of an older house (1902). The addition at the back included a new kitchen area on the first floor with a new bedroom area above that, and a porch-balcony off of that bedroom. The plumbing work included replacement of a leaking outdoor spigot in the older part of the house, replacing it with a new frost-proof spigot. The kitchen plumbing included roughing in for a main sink and a dishwasher, a bar (prep) sink, a new refrigerator ice-maker water connection, and a preliminary water supply for a pot filler connection on the yet-to-be purchased and positioned stove. The work also include an outdoor spigot on a new second floor porch (for plants, etc.)

+ -1 moreThe plumber suggested that I have the whole faucet replaced but I only wanted to change the washer. He did end up doing what I asked. I felt like he was trying to sell me a new faucet. The faucet is fixed and works well so I am happy about that. His professionalism is very good.

Description of Work: A representative from Haller Plumbing came to detect why our Jacuzzi tub was leaking. The plumber figured out the problem and fixed it within 1 and 1/2 hour. The leak was in the drain. He recaulked and double checked all other areas that could have caused a leak without having to cut the ceiling below the tub.
