Description of Work: Supposedly cleaned my furnace ducts. The only reason hired them at that high rate was because they told me they would photograph my air ducts so i could see Amy problems. When the tech finished the duct cleaning, i asked for the film. He said he did not know anything about it. Never did it before and could not do it for me and to call the office, so i did. They said they could not do it then. One month later I was awakened by furnace clanging. 11 degrees outside and I had to turn furnace off. Called another furnace repair who found my air filter totally clogged and disgusting. |called haller again. Told them about it. Tech came out and filmed entire system. Found my entire return air system was totally clogged. They had never cleaned it. |Don't use them. No attention to detail. They only want your money.

Description of Work: Installation of Mitsubishi mini split heat pumps. The crew arrived on time, was very professional, explained the equipment operation and maintenance requirements, and left the work area very clean. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: They installed new central AC with all the duct work on our ranch home. They had to delay the start by one week, but notified us immediately and asked if it was ok. It was. The workers arrived early each day and were done by 3pm each day. They also completed the work a day early. When we got home one afternoon, we were surprised to learn our house was being cooled with our new AC. My only concern was that I was told a return duct running through our closet was to be placed in the back of the closet and not take up much room at all. Instead it was placed in the front of the closet and takes up a good bit of the space in front of one of the sliders. I'm not sure how else they could have done it, though. That is the only reason I gave them anything less than an A on everything.

Description of Work: I had called this company for estimates for a new heating/cooling system. I needed to prod the sales guy (who was as talkative as could be when he was here) for pricing for a traditional system twice. Then I also wanted geo-thermal pricing which I never received. If this is how they treated me when they were trying to get me as a customer, I was concerned how I would be treated once I had signed on the dotted line.

Description of Work: Replaced complete HVAC system. From salesman to installers they were professional, friendly, courteous, prompt & knowledgeable. They lined my stairs and carpet w/ protective covers to prevent tracking in dirt and they cleaned up afterwards - leaving only a little dust. Very satisfied w/ their service performance.

Description of Work: I have an annual service contract with Haller for my heating and air conditioning. The come out twice per year and do a thorough check and cleaning of my Heating and air system. Cost is $250 per year which seems reasonable to me, plus I get a discount on other Haller services should I need them because I have the annual contract. I have had no service problems with my HVAC system since Haller began providing annual service. Very Happy.

Description of Work: Our boiler was faulting out and not firing up. We had one heating company come out 3 times, change 3 different parts and charge $700 and it did not correct the problem. I called Haller, they came out right away, found the problem, corrected it and it has worked great ever since. They are a little expensive, but we would have saved a lot of money if we had called them first.

Description of Work: I called Haller, because they were listed on Angie's web site as an "A" company. I needed their service for the water pipe that was leaking in my basement. It took them three trips to my house to be able to fix the problem. They sent someone on November 14, 2008, who said he fixed it and charged me $322, which I found excessive, but accepted. He did not give me an estimate before he started the work. After a trip, when I came back home, I found the pipe still leaking. They sent another technician, who said he fixed it. I realized after he left that the pipe was still leaking. Then they sent the first technician again. This time he fixed the problem, I hope. It does not seem to leak now.
