I have used her services couple of times. The owner is a good person. She was really concerned. Her team did everything well. She really listened to what I had to say about, what I liked, and what I didn't like to have done, products that I liked to use; she just made sure that everything she was going to do was okay with me. So, I really appreciate that and really is concerned. I am happy with what they have done. It was a pretty good experience. There was something, I guess, it does not seem like the attention to detail is as good as I would have liked it. The kitchen floor and shower, I thought could have been cleaned a little better. Overall, she was great. The price that she charged me last time, I thought, was too high and there was just no way that I could have hired them every 2 weeks. On the other hand, the first time she came out, it was a huge job and I was really impressed with the price.

They were punctual and did an excellant job. They use their own tools and products and my house smelled fresh and clean when they were finished.

It went so well they are doing his house on a monthly basis and he is extremely pleased with their service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! We made contact long distance using Angie's List information, in an effort to set up housekeeping for my parents. Everything went according to our conversations. The women who come are courteous and conscientious, and according to my parents do an excellent job of cleaning. When the owner is not there, she has left explicit instructions for her crew. She monitors them closely. My mother had been apprehensive about having someone dusting around her collectibles, but her fears were unfounded, because everything is clean and nothing has been damaged!!! Service is everyother week for a very reasonable fee. Have been using them for six months now, and will continue!!!

This is an excellent company to work with. They responded promptly to may call, they arrived on time, and they did an excellent job. Moreover, they were very pleasant and professional to work with.

The house has been in great shape all but one week. I reported our dissatisfaction to Elaine, and she apologized and made it right. I'm confident that things will continue to go well. Overall, we've had very positive experiences. Apparently, there was someone on the team who was not performing up to Elaine's (and our) expectations, and that person is no longer cleaning for Elaine.

Above and Beyond Cleaning was prompt and responsive in obtaining the business. They cleaned our house in two hours, when many others mentioned they would need four hours to do the same "deep" clean. After pointing out a couple of items which they indicated they cleaned, the cleaning team did not GO BACK and correct the areas I inquired about, it was clearly a disregard for the person writing the check. Understanding we need a deep clean, if you are going to clean it, then complete the task correctly in order to do less the next time. They dusted around items and CLEARLY did not put items back in their original spot-or even close, a few things were left on the floor. Not all the mirrors were cleaned, I was told "I" would need to use Magic Eraser on the tub to get it clean-when they left, I used my basic cleaning supplies and cleaned the tub walls. I think we have two different standards of cleanliness and we will be sourcing another cleaning service.

This was the second time I had Elaine's service and once again I was extremely pleased with the work done. They are always punctual and come in and get straight to work. Elaine asks if everything was satisfactory from their previous visit and strives to be sure that the customer is satisfied. I wil definitely use her services again and recommend Above and Beyond highly!

She charges me $79.80 each time she comes. She does what I ask her to do. She’s reliable. I’ve injured my back so I need a cleaning lady right now. She gives a check sheet when she comes and she does what’s on the check sheet. I know what she’s done each time. If I want her to do more, I just need to talk to her and she’s willing to be flexible. I would continue to use her in the future.

She arrived at the scheduled time, started working immediately and did not stop until she had completed every item that we had discussed. I also requested that she return about a week later to continue cleaning all the bedrooms. She was prompt, courteous, very professional and was obviously concerned about satisfying the customer. I was so pleased that I have now scheduled her to return on a monthly basis.

She is very thorough, polite, and respectful. She does a great job cleaning. She is very trustworthy.

The company name is accurate. Elaine did a great job - Focused on cleaning and identified points to concentrate on next time.Nothing was broken - that's a good thing! Phone quote vs.invoce didn't change and she's worth the expense. I've used 2 other services and they were B- at best. I'd rate A&B's service end-to-end top quality.
