Fence was installed professionally, even given issues with unlevel surfaces, I am very satisfied. AngiesList coupon and cash payment discount brought price down further from a competitive original estimate. Be aware that if you have a 'small job' (like me), there could be a 6-8 week wait for installation. And police around before they leave, some metal shavings were left behind; not a big problem, but should have been cleaned up, around pool area. Very conscientious about explaining rules concerning fence height, gate locking, etc since this was a pool protection fence. Advised on procuring of permits, etc. So all in all, very good job.

Sraightforward Fencing was great. I received a free estimate and their price beat the other quotes I collected. Workers were friendly and efficient. All the work was done in a day and my backyard looks terrific. Would definitely hire them again.

I needed about 65 feet of shadowbox fencing replaced, and I also needed about 30 ft. of split rail replaced in my yard. I called on a Friday afternoon and left a message. A woman called me back within 30 min. I told her my issues, gave her my contact information and told her I would email her photos of the areas needed fixing. She said I would get a call on Monday to arrange for someone to come out. I immediately sent her an email with photos, repeating in writing what I needed and included my contact information. Monday came and went- no call. On Tuesday, 10 am, I called and I think it was the same woman that picked up. When I said I had called and was told someone would contact me yesterday, she said,"Well, I'm waiting for Gary to come in and he'll call you." I said OK and we hung up. It's been a week and I have gotten no call back, so I called another company to handle my job.

It went well but it took longer than they said it would.

I had terrible trouble finding a fence company that would come out and help me. Most seem to want to do an entire yard, not just one side. But Straight Forward Fencing came out immediately and when I called them. They worked with me to get the money from my insurance company and they made the fence safe for my dogs. I would absolutely call them again if I need a fence.

We never ended up using them, but they were super responsive to my emails and calls. They answered questions and were very knowledgeable. They are a company i would use in the future for another project if needed. Great customer service!!

We had a unique situation where our neighbor's driveway had been extended onto our property and needed to be removed. At the same time, we wanted to install some type of boundary fence on that side of our property due to our neighbor planting bushes on our property despite having survey markers clearly showing the boundary and requesting her not to do so. We spoke with multiple fence installers and StraightForward Fence was the only company who could complete the entire scope of work. We wanted the job to be done as quickly as possible to prevent further destruction of our property. The associates of StraightForward Fence were wonderful to work with. They were professional during all interactions even with our crazy situation. They took care of all of my concerns regarding the project and went above and beyond to help us through the permitting process and installation. During installation, our neighbor parked her car to interfere with the project and StraightForward Fence Co owner, Gary, spoke with her throughout the day, providing documentation on the work permitted and ensured that by the end of the day everything was completed as needed. We love our new fence, and truly appreciate not only the fence installation work, but also the customer service that was provided throughout the project and the delicate handling of our unique situation. I highly recommend using this company for any fence installation. I know we will use them again in the future.

Great experience. Timely responses. Someone always answers the phone, You don't have to play phone tag. Job was done before deadline...installers made sure to meet with us and review expectations before they started digging. We had one concern after they'd left and they came back out in 24 hrs to rectify the problem. A+++. Best price in Bucks (and we checked several).

A great experience from start to finish. After the original design was drawn up, the owner (Gary) came by twice to make sure it met his quality standards. He also came to our house twice during the build to monitor progress. The crew showed up on time both days, finished per the original time estimate, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company

A very professional crew was sent to remove and install a new fence. They did an excellent job, cleaned up and the fence looked great. They came when promised and were very polite.

The salesman was punctual and very professional. He had all information at his fingertips and answered all of our questions. The pre-installation visit was informative, and we were provided the paperwork to apply for a permit. All paperwork was completed. We received a call two days before the installation, and the crew showed up as promised. They were efficient, careful of our garden beds and property, and left the property quite clean. The crew manager even worked to ensure that the gate would swing unimpeded into the yard, which is not how the original worked. We expected to have to do that work ourselves. Overall, they were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job for us.

The employee came out surveyed the job and never mailed the estimate as advised. We called to follow up and still never received the estimate.

The behavior demonstrated by the representative was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend working with this firm.

However the four by four post put in for the gate has started to bend, therefore the gate will not open. I have reached out to them for quite a few months, since January. Finally someone came but nothing has been done since they came out. No contact - no nothing. The fellows that put in the fence were great, but the followup has been horrible.

Larry the estimator came out on time, Gary the owner likewise showed up at the agreed time to sign the contracts. Their pricing was competitive when you factor in what they include in their base price versus what competitors list as options. The installation crew led by Nick was great. The attention to detail (fence is perfectly straight) and clean up afterwards was really good. Nick and the crew were very courteous asking our input regularly. If we have another fence job in our future we know who we will be calling.

, The three young men arrived on time, worked very hard and worked well together. They are professionals. We have had "Straightforward Fence" on two previous occasions, once for the front of the property and later for the two sides. The job is now complete.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. On day of estimate, estimator called and said he would be late, I changed my plans to accommodate. After completing his review of the property, said he would mail by estimate. After a week and no estimate, I called the office and they said it would be mailed immediately. Estimate was never received.

Dealing with this company was so easy! They return phone calls, show up when scheduled and do wonderful work. I am not sure how their pricing falls inline with others, as they are the only company out of 4 that came to quote the job that actually provided the quote. I am thankful for the Angie's List discount they did provide! They were also the only company to agree to install 6ft & 5ft panels (not all 6ft panels as the other companies tried to talk me into). Completed project in one day. Cleaned up yard as well. Great Company! Very happy with our purchase & their quality of work!

It went great. From first contact with company in scheduling an estimate to the end result I was treated great. When they came out to take measurements, I was shown the product I was interested in and was told everything that would be done when they installed the fence. When I decided to use Straightforward Fence co INC, I was told how they scheduled their installations around inclement weather and it ended up that I didn't have to wait long at all. When the crew came to put up the fence they were very courteous and friendly. I love my new fence and I highly recommend Straightforward Fence Co.

He introduced himself, gave me his business card, and shook my hand. Very professional and accommodating. All of my contact with Deb was very efficient and pleasant. Another asset to your organization. She was friendly, personable and professional. Marta and I only communicated a couple of times; she too, was great. Gary (the owner) came out for a final look before the work started. It is very reassuring to have someone with his experience and expertise come out to review the project. We met to sign papers after he took a look at the job, and I felt like I was in the company of a friend. He patiently answered all of my questions. Another pro. :-) On installation day, Sam and his crew were on time and got right to work. When I asked him if they could start the install at a certain place in the yard he replied "no problem, I'm glad you mentioned it because we want to do what's right for you". Wow. The second day of the install was the Friday before the blizzard. Sam and his assistants stayed until after dark to finish up and clean up the property. We had coffee available for the installers and they expressed their appreciation over and over. In summary, this company is excellent. Not one time was anyone late, rude, condescending or impolite. Every time I asked if they could do something, the answer was "yes, sure, we can do that!". An outstanding experience, a gorgeous fence for a fair price!! I used Straightforward Fence on 3 separate occasions for a privacy fence installation and was very pleased with their work. Gary was very professional and showed up on time for each estimate, and went over all of my options in detail. The crew that installed my fence was very professional, prompt, did excellent work and cleaned up when they were done.

The job went well very pleased with quality of fence and the installation. Once we agreed to hire straightforward, Gary the owner came by explained the process went over the different options and within two weeks the work was completed. Installers were great worked into the early evening and completed the job the next morning. Left the area clean. Based on my experience I would recommend them.
