StraightForward Fence was an absolute pleasure to work with from my initial call until the final installation. Everything went perfectly. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The installers were hard workers and perfect gentleman. I highly recommend this company.

Very well. Gary was very good to deal with. His quote for the job came in over 30% lower than another Angi-recommended contractor. The laborers worked very hard over two days, especially digging out and putting in posts. We didn't deal with them too much but they did a great job and the fencing looks good.

Fence installed in one day and it looks great.

From meeting the rep, to the final installation, my family couldn't be happier. scheduling , excellent customer service, excellent, Id like to commend all exceptional employee of these company. I need to to specially commend Kurt and his team as well his nicest and considerate workers I ever had a pleasure of dealing with. This company is exceptional. From the moment I contacted them they were attentive and exceptional in their customer service. They called me to go over my contract in detail and patiently answered all questions that I had. They met with me the morning of the installation and again answered any questions that I had. The quality of their work is exceptional. I would recommend using them. They are a great company and their installers are fantastic.

Job will Never happen. Everyone at Straight Forward fence has a disdain for customers. From the moment I begin with them they were pushy, demanding and unhelpful. My neighbor began the process and once I get involved it was if they were the only fence company in town. They were scheduled to call me one morning at 10 am. I had not received the call at that time.I waited 30 minutes, still no call. I finally called their office. The person answering was rude, argumentative and dismissive. I finally got connected to Gary, (I assume a manager or owner) the individual whom I had the 10 am call scheduled. I asked him why he was late calling me and why a courtesy call about being late wasn't made (Good customer service companies understand this). No apology, just ignored my comment. I got very upset at this point after some back and forth I cancelled the order. I asked him if business was so good he can just walk away for a good order? He called me a pain in *** and hung up. STAY AWAY>........

The job was done professionally and finished in a day and a half. They were neat and clean about how they did their work. The two men doing the job were pleasant and worked with us and what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company. Our yard looks great with our new fence.

Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!

Our new fence looks fantastic! The crew was extremely professional. Our backyard slopes from one end to the other and the guys did a phenomenal job installing the new fence so the yard looks even. We couldn’t be happier and we would highly recommend Straightforward Fence Co to all.

Everything thing worked out well. I used their recommendation for an additional contractor to remove 50' of hedges and 60 years of debris the previous owner buried. That was affordable and both were up front with all costs before starting everything. I would def use the fence company again.

The installers were friendly and easy going. They answered all my questions along the way. Informed me of when they would be coming back to my house to complete the work due to inclement weather. Cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I’m one happy customer and my dog loved running around the yard without her leash!!

Owner Gary ( very pleasant person)and his workers installed 100 feet PVC fence and arbor. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite workers; it was a pleasure to have a deal with them. They did a good job and cleaned after themselves. It took them around 4 weeks from the first meeting to end of installation including almost 2 weeks waiting for factory manufacturing my multicolor fence and arbor.I specifically postponed this review from October 2018 when they installed my fence, to see a quality their job during a prolonged time and especially winter. I would definitely will hire Gary’s team again!

All I can say is great job. A good experience from estimate to installation. All of the staff is helpful and professional. I liked the fact that about a week before the job, Gary the owner, came out and went over everything with me and looked at the job again to ensure no surprises. Gary and his staff are good people and I would use them again and recommend them to others. It was all done for a great price too.

They are Excellent, fairly Priced and hard working o people for your project. I definitely have recommended and will recommend them to for their fence installation needs. Keep it up guys 👍 i will definitely hire them again for my any fence projects.

The customer service inside the office to the labor that installed the fence were amazing. We were treated like family the entire time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very well! Very satisfied! Gary was attentive to my concerns re mature perennials, shrubs and small trees growing on both sides of the old fence. Clearly he communicated my concerns to the crew. They were experienced, hardworking, and available for communication with me. I was careful to cover and/or tag the aforementioned plants before fence installation began. I believe it's the homeowner's responsibility to do that. Some perennials could have easily been mistaken for weeds. Several neighbors have commented favorably on my good looking new fence!

We had a new fence installed. The location of the fence was not easy as there were terrible tree roots and uneven ground. The installers did an AMAZING job! The fence looks FABULOUS! We couldn't be more happy with it. The price was right in line with materials and the amount of labor that it took. Worth every penny! I will be using this company again for future fencing needs.

Best company I’ve ever dealt with hands down out of all contractors I’ve dealt with over the years. From the quote, Gary was on time, professional, and had a plan right away. After having my quote within two days, he came back for contracts signing, and was prepared like no other. Had all permit paperwork filled out, plot plans on hand of my house, insurance info and all. Didn’t have to do anything but drop off the permit to the township. Then the last step was the crew a week later. Sam and his crew put up an amazing looking fence in a yard with a major uphill bend in the center. Was concerned how it would look and Sam and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. Clean and very crisp across the board. From a personal standpoint, being someone in a trade that deals with precision, their lines and bends needed for the hill were impressive. Lastly, the girls who deal with customer service and all also very knowledgeable, respectful, and great with answering and of my questions! Thanks a lot to Gary, Sam and the whole company at SFF

Went as agreed. Everything from start to finish was perfect.

This was a small job so pleased with the next day return call to set up appt for the estimation. Estimator showed up on time as promised on a saturday. Job bid at reasonable price. Once I called to accept the bid owner came out to review the job, go over the contract and collect a deposit. The one day job was then done about two weeks later. Team left site clean and gate works as expected.

So smoothly! Scheduling and choosing our fence was super easy - they helped us choose which fencing, the hardware, and offered advice on other accessories. The crew showed up on time, and the fence was installed VERY quickly, and looks GREAT (5-6 years running). Over the years, some settling has occurred. I called to ask what can be done, and StraightForward came out and just corrected the leveling of the fence with no questions asked! WOW! Recently, one of the gate hinges snapped. It took just a bit to get someone to come out to look at it, but when he did, it was fixed in no time flat. And the gate works great now! And, to my surprise, it was the owner himself, Gary, that took the time to come out and service us. It isn't often that a company in this type of industry will continue with awesome customer service AFTER the product has been installed and the sale complete, but StraightForward is one of the few. We will have more fencing needs in the coming months/year, and will only make one phone call - to StraightForward. Great product. Great service!

SFF did a nice job, and I remain happy with the work the performed. HOWEVER, since that install I had damage to part of the fence and called to request a repair. The woman said they would be out in 4-6 weeks, and despite the long wait, I said okay. Six weeks later, no word from SFF, so I call for a status update. I am then told that they maybe could come out in another 4 months, but no guarantee. Really, this is 1 job at best. I have since found another fence company that I will be using and recommending going forward.
