Description of Work: This 15 year old recently purchased townhouse had budget original fixtures that had not been maintained or installed properly. With the Ben Franklin service we needed it seemed like it was the very best ever for this house. I liked them and A ratings for the attention to quality to get Bathroom plumbing up to standards.

Description of Work: excellent, knowledgeable. I thought my water heater was bad but he figured out immediately it was something w my air conditioner. He was professional and went and got the part immediately and returned in a short while to repair. I had used him before for a leak in a bathroom in an apartment I own in phillie and the service was also excellent and prompt.
