PLEASE SEE MY WEBSITE FOR MY VIDEOS!! My name is Patrick McNeil, I am the owner/operator at AMERICAN POOL CONCEPTS. I am 43 years old, Born and raised in Levittown PA, Graduate of Neshaminy High School. I have been in and around the pool business since I was 15 years old and decided to make it a full time career in 2006. I take pride in my work and do the best I can everyday. I personally take care of everything from phone calls to laying tile. I will be your contact and your laborer. Education- I have trained and served a 4 year apprenticeship at associated building contractor school, achieving a journeyman plumber certification. I am Diamond Brite factory trained and certified plaster applicator. I have advanced liner measurement certifications. I have been certified by the association of pool and spa builders APSP, for proper winterization techniques. I continue education every year for the new and improved technologies that are ever changing. I have certifications in proper tile and coping installations. Proper painting of pools and adhesion properties. Installation of proper pool hydraulics.

Pool and spa service and renovation, openings/closings of all pools, plumbing, electrical, valet service, vinyl liners, tile and coping projects, plaster and stamped concrete decking installed. I offer expert leak detection, With electronic professional equipment. I do sub contract with an award winning concrete installer, the best in the tri-state area, for any stamped concrete work that needs to be done. I can and will project manage your backyard renovation. no job too big or too small.

Description of Work: My wife and I called Patrick at American Pool Concepts when we became fed up with Jamison Spa-Pool Specialists after 2 1/2 weeks of horrendous customer service. Patrick came to our house the day after we called him and replaced our pool filter and also gave us a quote for a new tension pool cover and safety fence. He was incredibly punctual and professional and even took the time to show my wife and I how to operate our pool equipment (first time pool owners here). We'll definitely be using Patrick for all of our pool needs moving forward.

I answer most of my calls and all of my emails. I apologize if I didn't get back to u,I am extremely busy and in high demand. I don't have a secretary so at times I may be actually underwater serving another customer and unable to answer the phone. Anyway I do my best to get to everyone I apologize for the inconvienence.

Excellent he gave me an estimate over the phone then came out the day he said he was and opened the pool he did a great job
Description of Work: This is the first affordable an honest pool guy i had work for me. Patrick opened my pool for me for 125$ cheaper than the company I previously used. He was very informative and works on anything that has to do with pools. He is coming next week to repair my coping and put new tile on my pool.
