excellent, They were very professional, they answered all of our questions,and were very personable. They got the job done quickly, and cleaned everything up afterwards. The seemless gutters are great, they cut them from their truck,and did a quality job. I will recommend them without hesitation .

Mr. Williams responded to our request in a very timely manner. An appt. was made & they came right at the appt. time. They did a thorough inspection of the roof & provided some high level info before providing a written estimate. Mr. Williams told us it would take 2 wks. to receive the written estimate & it was exactly 2 wks. when we received it. Mr. Williams also made a follow up call to get our feedback on the estimate. Although we did not contract with this company for the work, we were impressed with their professionalism & knowledge.

We were very well taken care of from start to finish and are very pleased with the carpentry work.

They met with us on more than one occasions and explained all the options and installation details. They showed up as agreed and finished quickly and explained the operation.

This was a large Sunsetter Awning installation. KLA was punctual and professional from start to finish. The installers took particular care with the project and modified the installation to accommodate nuances in my dwelling. This is a company I have no hesitation in recommending. As an advisory to potential Sunsetter Awning purchasers: Do not attempt to hang one of this Sunsetters on your own unless you have construction experience or assistance from someone in the business.

They did well, they do good work but they might be a little pricey than others. I guess they're very friendly, very professional, I guess were satisfied with them because they know the house and we felt they did a good job. I think they're very well respected and we probably would go with them again.

Went very smoothy, plus they discovered that there are more water lines coming into the house (100+ year old lines!!) that need replaced and they RECOMMENDED someone who could do the job the "most efficiently"??..OUTSTANDING service from KLA Construction!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty big deck job came out great. This is their 2nd job for me in a couple of months and like the first, very professional, very courteous, and outstanding finish. Very happy and their price was only slightly higher than one big-box quote and lower than another and they used higher quality materials. Excellent

Two representatives from this company came to my home to give me an estimate on finishing my basement to include a bedroom, fitness room and bath. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and polite if somewhat condescending. They asked what my budget was and when I told them they said they did not anticipate a problem getting the work done for my budget as the basement is not very large. I was quite surprised when their bid came in almost 20% above my budget. They were either unwilling or unable to find ways to bring down the price so I did not hire them. I later got bids from three other contractors, all of whom provided bids at less than half the cost of this company. I cannot help but feel that their prices are a rip-off. I would not recommend them for remodeling.

Very professional, great workmanship. Very good communication. I did not choose the cheapest bid for,this job because I wanted a high quality result and that is exactly what happened.

The crew was on time every morning. Set up the area very well, cleaned up at the end of the day. Did a very good job!

Both projects were carried out professionally and completed on time and within the agreed upon budget. Not the least expensive, but good value. The work crews on both projects were courteous, prompt and neat. To his (and KLA's) credit, the on-site supervisor for the gutter project immediately notified us when he noticed that the gutter materials delivered by another supplier were not a good match the existing soffit and fascia on our home. Although work had begun in preparation for the delivery that day, all gutters and downspouts already removed were reinstalled and the project suspended until better color-matched gutters and downspouts could be delivered. Although the delay was somewhat of an inconvenience, we appreciated the steps taken to assure ultimate customer satisfaction.

Perhaps, but I know we got EXACTLY what we wanted - a quality built addition to our biggest investment - our home. Throughout the project, Fred, Buddy, and Willis were dedicated to providing us with a project that would add great value to our home. They provided their professional recommendations in a thoughtful manner, explaining things clearly and concisely. When it was discovered that there was an issue with attaching the new structure to the old foundation - KLA immediately contacted the building inspector and he came out right away to advise on the proper way to attach the new structure. The change cost a little bit more, but it was well worth the expense, and my husband and I know that the job was done correctly. You cannot put a price on peace-of-mind. We will definitely be using KLA Construction again.

The job went quickly and when we changed the scope of the project the additional cost was in line with the original bid and the project was only one day longer. The finish work including joining an existing ceiling with new ceiling and matching the swirled plaster pattern, was excellent. KLA kept the work area isolated with plastic and cleaned up at the end of each work day, minimizing dust and debris in the first floor. KLA worked consecutive days on this project from start to finish hitting their projected completion date.

The project was done while I was out of town on Business. It started a little later then planned and too about the estimated duration. I am very pleased with the work. I was sent progress pictures while out of town. Could have been more, better pictures.

KLA was very professional, on time and did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up after their work. I will use them again when my garage roof needs replaced. Am considering getting a bid from their landscape sister company.

Overall I am satisfied with the job. However, from start to finish it took a long time, much longer than I expected. The contract was signed on June 20, 2013 and the project was not completed until October. I was told that they would not start the job until all the equipment was in, but that must not have been checked, as the job was delayed twice. First the bathtub was broken and had to be replaced. Then the project manager forgot to order the vanity, and the project was further delayed.

We didn't give them the job because they were $2,000-$3,000 over the company that I hired. The man that came out was very good. He was very professional. We had no problem with him; it came down to the matter of money. We went with a contractor that had done work for us before and he was $2,000 less.

Doug Gross Landscape design was recommended by a friend after two other lawn service companies either didn't show up or damaged my property. They did final lawn cuttings last fall (2012) then did snow removal and salting during the winter on an as needed basis. I contracted with them again this spring for lawn care, then had them do spring clean up and mulching around the house. later I had them add 3 large landscaped areas with trees, rosebushes and lilacs in the back yard which had no prior landscaping. in addition, they planted 9 pine trees in the front yard to act as a wind break and provide some additional privacy. they are also on time or early for all appointments, they have never missed a week of lawn care despite the weather being very hot or very wet. I am already planning on doing additional landscaping next year and will absolutely use this company. they do a great job and are very dependable and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The guy that came out wanted to do was unrealistic. He wanted to take the siding off of my house. I was married one time to a contractor, I don't need to do that. So, he was in siding and I really didn't appreciate that. He returned my call in a timely manner and he was here to visit in a timely manner. It took him weeks to do the estimate and then very unnecessary add on and I just thought no. Unbelievable what he suggested.

From our visit with their sales associate, who estimated and sold the job, through the construction and completion, every associate was professional, competent and knowledgeable.
