Where do I start? KLA Construction is staffed by the most talented, considerate and professional individuals we've ever dealt with. From the first day when Fred and Joanne visited our home and offered suggestions, to Robert supervising his crew, to the "crew" of Terry and Todd, we experienced nothing but outstanding work. Being an inside job, one would expect plaster dust throughout the house, but before Terry and Todd started, they completely "tombed" our bedroom furniture and floor in plastic and closed off the bathroom with a plastic curtain. They started everyday on time and left with their shop vac sweeping the hallway and stairs. We might have saved a little by shopping around, but when you get a job done to perfection with a minimal amount of effort on our part, you know right away that you hired the right company.

Fred Williams contacted me after I called. Very knowledgeable & professional. They've been replacing my windows, as needed, for years. The workers are very skilled and conscientious; clean up well and met my requests. Reasonably priced but not the cheapest. Have been using them. Quality work.

KLA provided an estimate with a clear work scope, including risks that would be to our account. They scheduled and completed work on time. Left the home clean. There were issues with 2 light kits. The mfgr shipped new ones the next day and KLA came back the next morning and completed the ob at the quoted price. We used them in the past. We will use them again.

Work done professionally and on time

The crew from KLA were very professional, polite and hardworking. They kept the area clean of debris and ensured that everything was put back together prior to leaving for the day.

I had to call them twice to get them to come out to and look at the job. I was told I would receive a bid to do the wool in a week or so, and I never did receive it. I hired another company to do the work.

The team from KLA arrived on time. Every day. Everything was explained to me as they went along. Problems were solved quickly. I am very happy with the results.

The above project was completed after approx. a 6-week period. The guys were always respectful and considerate--always covering the floors and letting us know exactly what they were doing daily. Their work was very professional and of high quality. They even made a fuss over our dogs and our dogs were happy to see them each day. We had a trip planned during the construction and allowed the guys to continue to work even while we were gone for 5 days. They were very trustworthy and punctual. We would, without a doubt, use and recommend this company again.

We checked Angie's List for suggested contractors that could do our project. We selected KLA Construction since they were rated the best. From the first day that Fred Williams, Operations Manager, came to our home on August 2, 2016, to the day the work was started, September 28, and completed, October 11, we had nothing but praise for the men, for their professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. There was a slight delay in getting the job started because we were not sure what the township needed for a building permit. Once this was completed, the project was underway without any problem. As the work progressed, we requested two additional things, a GFCI outlet on the deck and a new screen door from the back porch onto the deck.

Meeting to discuss white was to be performed. Custom door ordered & schedule installation.

They were very professional from start to finsh. They did the work as detailed in the proposal and the did on a timley basis. I would use them again.

The men were very efficient & very organized. The only proms? Was the sink was damaged but was reordered promptly we had a new sliding door replace last week.

The job was outstanding, they did a very professional job. The deck is very well built and looks very nice.

Fred and Chris were easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted, showed us pictures of their work, and made great suggestions. They worked with us until we got exactly what we wanted. We have used our deck every day since it was completed. All of the workers took pride in their work and the results were impressive. The.men arrived on the site on time each day and cleaned up at the end of the day. We love our deck and landscaping. We will definitely use KLA construction for future projects.

The workers were professional.The work was completed in a timely manner. A rain storm occurred after completion of the work and no leak was detected.

It went great. The workers showed up early and not only did the work that was in the contract they made one additional repair that they noticed that was not in the original contract. I am planning to use them in the near future to repair a deck.

Excellent. KLA staff from operations manager Fred Williams down the chain to lead carpenter/do it all guy Robert were the consummate professionals. They made themselves available to answer questions, quell concerns and displayed absolute professionalism while also doing a great job. KLA is not the cheapest game in town but it is definitely the best and they honored all commitments they made with respect to cost and delivery of on time service. We've used KLA in the past on other projects, the most notable being a full basement renovation approximately four years ago. The quality of work then was just as good as it is today. I did notice that in the four years between major projects, the staff has a lot of folks I remember dealing with. Their staff retention speaks positively towards the way they conduct business.

The contractor bid was much higher than others and would not break down labor and material pricing. I simply wanted to see what I was paying for in labor and materials. This is the first time I have ever been told that I cannot see a breakdown. I obviously did not choose them as I want to know what I am paying for.

The tub replacement went well. After, they found the real source of the problem. We had leaking drains in the floor. They kept us up to date the whole time.

The projects went very well. Work crews were professional and responded to our questions and needs as well as offering recommendations about our questions. KLS Management assigned to our project were always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. Operations manager, Fred Williams, was the go to guy for any issue or question that crews could not answer or address. For example if an issue arose that crew couldn't handle, we would go to Fred who always made himself available. We've used KLA on two other projects and those plus this project, the quality of work, crew knowledge on how to do things and how well the projects turn out are why we use KLA. We are very happy with all the work they did for us and recommend them to friends.

Reasonable wood sid and trim roof down spouts were and water damage accrued.
