Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal ($99 for $200) since the offer said that it could be used to do jobs like fixing a tripping breaker in the panel. Turns out that it cost $180 just to diagnose the problem and it would cost much more to fix the problem. I was not told about this diagnostic fee when I made the appointment. If I knew, I would have bid the job to others. Disappointed!

Description of Work: THE SERIVCE MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. BUT THE PRICE WAS A REAL SHOCK. TO REPLACE A DIMMER WALL SWITCH WAS. $49.VISIT, PLUS $ 50 CREDIT FOR WORK AND THEN $99. FOR THE NOT DIMMER SWITCH. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE MONEY. |THIS WAS VERY VERY EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD NEVER NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY DECEIVING ON THEIR ADVERTISING,TOTAL $198.00 FOR A WALL SWITCH. MRS. M S.

Thank you for taking the time to review my company. I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy about the cost of our service. We take pride in making sure our customers our fully satisfied with our services. If I remember correctly we had done more than just replace a light switch. We had to diagnose the problem. If witch we found a faulty dimmer and a buzzing noise coming from a transformer at your main panel. We disconnected the transformer witch was not in use anymore. We also gave you a up front price before any work was completed that you had agreed to. With all due respect I really can't understand how you reached your conclusion to leave this review. Description of Work: Service provider with 2 employees showed up and made sure to wear boot covers. Stated inspection of 2 switches would cost $199.00 while Big Deal states whole house inspection is for $49.00.

You did have two light switches not working which is why we had given you a up front price to troubleshoot and diagnose your electrical issue. Description of Work: They inspected every electrical outlet inside and out, inspected the panel and gave me a report with their findings. They then gave me an estimate for the recommended work, and offered me a discount. Very professional and clean- they put booties over their shoes while in the house.

Joe was awesome!
Description of Work: Inspected 200 amp service box and all outlets both interior and exterior. Wrote up list of recommendations. Corrected shorting issue by adding new breaker and separating two different lines that were on same circuit. Put in new outlet, grounded three items in box that were not grounded properly. I also purchased a top of the line new twin floodlight security sensor light and had Joe install it. He was professional from the moment he came to the house put and even put on foot covers before entering.
