Description of Work: Had a fire, they were called in and did a sloppy job of boarding up the roof and the rest of the house. had to call in a different company to complete the job. |Word to the wise, all of the guys had worked for all of these companies at one time or another, be sure to monitor evreything and with hold payment until your happy.

Description of Work: A pipe removing waste split in several places, resulting in mold and water damage. This required the contents of the basement needing to be removed and the basement needing to be entirely refinished. This took over 3 months to be completed.

Bid was for $10,000.
Description of Work: Received a written estimate that we accepted, & then the contractor informed us that it would really be nearly double ("We just noticed that you have a second story on your house"). It was clear that a new estimator had seriously underbid the job & they consequently had no intention of performing the work. I finally gave up. I got a refund.
