It took some ingenuity and went well.

The plumber did an excellent job in repairing the toilet. I had a terrible sewer smell coming from the toilet. The smell was due to a broken seal. The plumber removed the toilet, found the problem and repaired the seal. He put in anchors to make certain that the toilet was secure. It has been 2 months since the job was completed. The odor is completely gone and I am thrilled with the results. The plumber was extremely courteous. He arrived on time, explained the entire job to me and showed me what needed to be done. The repair was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for the fine quality of work.

First, I'm a lousy customer. I'm cranky in the mornings before coffee, and I don't like strangers in my home. So Tim, the owner, showed up on time and we discussed the jobs. I had a kitchen faucet that was located in a space tough to get to inside a small cabinet and behind a large garbage disposal, and a bathroom faucet - both to be replaced. In addition, 3 valves were leaking from the rough handling from installation of a new washing machine I just had purchased. I signed up for Angie's Deal, 2 hours for $99 and I knew there was much more to do and it would run over. Tim started immediately and while I didn't think a young child could fit, he squeezed himself in the awkward back-of-the-cabinet spot in the kitchen and changed out the faucet. When I asked "Wasn't that awkwardly tight?" he replied with a smile, "I've been in worse spots." The new faucet was electronic with sensors and he hooked it up all correctly, electrics included. The bathroom faucet was replaced in an expedited manner as well, so were the valves in the basement. In all - three hours of work if you know what you're doing and don't mess around. His charges were totally reasonable, and his work superior. He really knew what he was doing, and didn't waste time. Additionally, after spending a few hours watching and speaking with him, I learned he kept his customers highest satisfaction in mind with every job and was totally honest in all regards, a trait I hold in the very highest regard. I'm totally satisfied. I've finally found an honest tradesman and a plumbing, HVAC firm I can trust, who provides excellent value at a solid good price. Jeffrey Dobkin

They stole my money. 30 days ago I paid to have my Hot water heater checked out and still to this day I have not had a phone call back from them. The run around they gave me so far: Day 1) 3/10/2015 - I place a order to them on Angieslist.com Day 2) 3/11/2015 - They reply in Angieslist they have availability starting on 3/17/15. I then reply with the time for the 3/17 date, phone number, and email address to contact me at. Day 3) 3/11/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 4) 3/12/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 5) 3/13/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 6) 3/14/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 7) 3/15/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 8) 3/16/2015 - Waiting for 3/17 Day 9) 3/17/2015 - It's 3/17 and there is no tech. No phone call. No email from them. No messages in Angieslist. Day 10) 3/18/2015 - 1 day after scheduled date. No tech. No phone call. No email from them. No messages in Angieslist. Day 11) 3/19/2015 - 2 days after scheduled date. No tech. No phone call. No email from them. No messages in Angieslist. Day 12) 3/20/2015 - 3 days after scheduled date. Still no commucations from them. I reply asking what happen to the 3/17 date. On the same day they reply that messages sent to them are coming out of order. They want to try for a new date on 3/25. I say Yes. Day 13) 3/21/2015 - Waiting for 3/25 Day 14) 3/22/2015 - Waiting for 3/25 Day 15) 3/23/2015 - Waiting for 3/25 Day 16) 3/24/2015 - Waiting for 3/25 Day 17) 3/25/2015 - The day of the appointment. The first and only time they proactively reach out to me is to inform me they are unable to make it because the technician is in automobile accident. I tell them thank you for the update, hope the tech is ok, and please let me know when I can get my order taken care of. Day 18) 3/26/2015 - They don't reply about my order so I ask again. In the afternoon they reply when is a good time? Day 19) 3/27/2015 - I asked them when is the next available? Day 20) 3/28/2015 - No reply Day 21) 3/29/2015 - No reply Day 22) 3/30/2015 - No reply. I call the office and leave a message. I also send the manger a email and email them on Angielist that is has been past 20 days. Please send someone out or at least provide a refund. Day 23) 3/31/2015 - They reply if 4/3 will work? Day 26) 4/3/2015 - I reply yes. (But at this point would anyone trust them)? So does anyone come out, of course not. Day 27) 4/4/2015 - Weekend Day 28) 4/5/2015 - Weekend Day 29) 4/6/2015 - They reply If they can come out at night or the weekend. At this point I just want to talk to someone. Texting back and forth is getting no where. Day 30) 4/7/2015 - Tell them to call me on my cell. No answer. Day 31) 4/8/2015 - Tell them to call me on my cell again. No answer. Today 4/10/2015 - I give up. After 30 days this is beyond unacceptable. Things happen. People get sick or have to step out of the office but at no time should someone who was paided not call someone back. Over 720 hours have gone by and they could not afford to pick up the phone for 30 seconds and talk to the customer??? Who already paid them??? If you can not even give me 30 seconds then I'll have to post a bad review: Price: Grade F - $49.00 does not seem much until you realize you get nothing for it. Quality: Grade F - Inferior customer service Responsiveness: Grade F - Trying to reach them at the office is almost impossible (backed up with other upset customers?) Punctuality: Grade F - Can not get anyone to show up at any time. Professionalism: Grade F - Not able to communicate to customers at any decent amount of time. Overall:: Grade F- Would not recommend MGT to anyone. Note: Reporting MGT to Angie's List Admin and to the BBB (Better Business Bureaus) for unprovided services after taking money.

The provider was unable to schedule in the time frame needed as it was an immediate issue. I have now requested a refund from Angie's list.

He was great. Initially it was tricky to get call back, but apparently there was a serious illness in the office. Once we hooked up all was taken care of.

He showed up on time both times. He worked quickly and very professionally. He was very neat and cleaned up beautifully after completing the work. There were no issues with the work performed. This guy is good. The second job was an emergency, we had a party scheduled for Saturday and found out Thursday we needed heavy duty work replacing a sink and toilet. We contacted them on Thursday late afternoon or evening and they responded immediately, and really bailed us out. He used the two hours we bought plus another half hour to get all of that done. I have already called them for another job. I think this Company is excellent.

Our deal was for two hours of plumbing labor for $99. I was pleasantly surprised that they agreed to break up the two hours into two separate visits.

. They did provide the services, maybe because they had an spacial of $99.00 thought that was not worth it. Why they advertise to do a job for a price if they not want to commit on it.

Excellent. Did water heater flush as advertised, and check entire plumbing system for us. Great service, very pleasant tech, everything was terrific.

The two workers arrived on time and were courteous. I thought everything was done properly but to my surprise apparently the exterior spigot replacement was not finished properly. I had that exterior wall sided with vinyl siding the week before the plumbing jobs were done. I have been experiencing a lot of drafts on the interior side of that wall. I called the siding company to complain. The came out this past Friday and when we went to see how things were outside, he immediately pointed out that the pipe leading to the spigot was not properly sealed. A flange (?) should have been installed to properly seal that area. I left two messages with MGT, one Friday and another today. No one has contacted me.

I have used MGT before. Tim is very nice and helpful. The problem with this situation and the times before was the responsiveness. Always late or in one case, his last job ended so late he could not make the appointment at all. My wife took a half day off for nothing. Though he was apologetic, it was a huge inconvenience. Plus getting callbacks from the office is hit or miss. The work Tim does is very good. It really is too bad. I need a good plumber and AC/heating company but the unreliability is just too much.

I purchased a deal for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing services on 2/16/15 because I needed some work done at my house. My husband tried to call to schedule the service and always got their voicemail saying that they were "currently closed". He called at all different hours during the work week trying to get someone on the phone with no luck. I sent them a message through Angie's List on 2/25/15 explaining the issue and they responded almost immediately that if we called back and left a message someone would get back to us. We called back and left multiple messages and it is now 3/24/15 and we still have not heard from them. Now I have to try to get my money back. I would not waste your time or money trying to get service from them particularly if you need service relatively quickly. They may be great plumbers but I'll never know.

They showed up without an appointment as I had never been contacted to schedule one for them. The serviceman was under the impression that I knew about this appointment. He apologized, sat down with me and looked over the job. He advised of the parts I needed and gave me his card to call him once I got the parts. I have called the number on the card many times and have not gotten a response. The technician is fabulous, but this company's communication and responsiveness has been ridiculous. It took us over a month to resolve this issue and we did so by requesting a full refund since the company would not return our calls to schedule an appt. They stated that they already took the payment from my credit card (which I am pretty sure is unethical at the least since they had not performed the work yet!!!!!) They finally came out and did the job however, it was too stressful trying to work with them. The actual technician was awesome but -- I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER!!!!!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE.

They gave me a 2 hour window in which they would be here, between 12-2 pm. He showed up about 1 pm and went right to work in the bathroom. All the work that I was looking to get done was able to we be done in the allotted time. He was extremely professional and very nice. I will definitely use this company again (and soon since I have a pipe leak in my kitchen) and recommend this company with others looking for this type of service.

It was impossible to schedule the installation. The company set the installation date three times and they cancelled all three appointments. One time they did not even notify me about the cancellation. After I posted the above review (3/16). The company contacted me and said they would make up for their mistakes. They promised to come on 03/22. Guess what, they did not show up. They did not even bother to notify me. AMAZING!!!

It went fine. They had to had to postpone initial appointment but made an extra effort to come on Sunday and complete the work.

It went very well. He installed a new instant hot for me as well as a new double headed shower. Then I asked him to check out two toilets that I was having problems with and he had the tools on his truck to install the insides of one and unclogged both as well. I am defiantly calling him again for my plumbing needs.

Very well. After an intial visit wher I did not like the color of the grout that was brought, the owner George agreed to return with a different chosen shade. It was necessary to change a few appointments but they were very amenable. I f I had any thing negative to express it would be that on original visit they should have had amore options so I did not have to clean off my counter again. Also, on the previous day 3/6 3:30p ,the job was to be completeted, whenicalled them at 3:15 to confirm, they had to change it to the next day. This is understandable but it made e wonder if I hadden't reached out would I have heard from them. Anyway alls weel lthat ends well

It was okay. He did the work adequately and that was pretty much it. I think I spent another $10 for the parts but that was it. The guy was friendly and professional. He was pretty much in and out. He did what he needed to do. The pricing was good. He didn't go above and beyond, but he did the job.

I called the company and no one answered. I called again & left a voicemail. I just so happened to have my e-mail up and I received an e-mail from the provider that he could not do the work. This was very inconvenient.

I didnt use the deal because my appointment kept being post-posted due to their availability, so the timing didnt work out. They were not very prompt in replying back to me either.
