Description of Work: Obstructed flow in kitchen faucet. Nice young man had no idea how to fix, nor did his boss by phone. Replaced the cartridge, which didn't fix the problem. He then left because he had no idea what was wrong with faucet. Office was supposed to quote on a new faucet within 24 hours; 6 days later and no quote. Nice people, though.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for a water heater flush and check. He was on time, very nice, and checked more than I thought they would. I would recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: We got off on the wrong foot. I had bad experiences recently with plumbers and contractors rescheduling my jobs over and over again. So on the day before they are scheduled to come out they wanted to reschedule me out another week. I worked with them and they ended up only being two hours behind. | |I greatly appreciated them keeping my appointment. The fix was simple. They made me a satisfied customer. Description of Work: Performed the service maintenance for heater. It was a tough go from the start but each hurdle was handled extremely professionally. Initially I was told that I was a little too far for their service but the owner came back and said they would honor their agreement. With all the snowstorms, the service was rescheduled 4 times but each time was very professional and gave me enough time so it didn't inconvenience me. When they were finally able to come out, they were prompt and showed up within 15 minutes of the time early part of the time window. I would definitely recommend MGT.

Description of Work: Because the furnace was not working, he trouble shot the possible problem by testing a number of possibilities. I would need a service appt. for them to go further. He did narrow the problem down to a couple of things.

Description of Work: Repaired a virtually new furnace that had been incorrectly installed. For the first time..we experienced excellent amounts of heat! They hand built a piece for us that was required to fix a problem from the installer. ||After the ice storm, they came on the same day as my call to deal with another reason the furnace had kicked off and wouldn't return after power was restored.||They also installed a garbage disposal in a timely fashion when my old one died.||I will use this company in the future for several plumbing - heating issues.

Description of Work: This was a deal for a furnace inspection and tune up where there was an extra charge for the oil furnace(they did not charge the extra) We have an oil furnace in our home and apt over our garage. This review is about our home oil furnace. I was surprised to see in the reviews that on 10/1/2013 someone posted a review that this company does not service oil furnaces???? Tim was very nice and friendly. I do not know for sure if the work was done as specified because I know nothing about furnaces. However, I do know that his shop vac backfired red dust all over our basement and he did apologize. We have an unfinished basement that is just really storage(thank GOD) because we are still finding it!! We didn't think it was a big deal until we started to clean up and it was not an easy task....We all had red dust in our noses and experienced cold like symptoms... we called a few times and finally insisted that someone from the company come out and help, which they did the next day and again could not have been more apologetic about it. I have gone back and forth since September about writing this review because Tim was so nice...... but this is what Angies list is all about and although he offered to service our apartment heater for free I do not feel very confident about the quality of service provided. Sorry.

Description of Work: made an appt on one day and i took off work waiting for them at 8am and no show, sent me a mess at midnight that they were not coming, scheduled again and they canceled again, sent me mess that your mess system doesn't work right. (your customer service rep looked up the messages and agree they were not performing correctly and agree i should have a refund.
