Description of Work: Central air was not functioning. They came out to diagnose the problem; discovered we needed a new capacitor. They came back a week later, installed the capacitor, replaced the filter and tuned up the system. We were impressed by their work. Chris came for the first visit and Tim and Colin came back to install the capacitor. I would highly recommend them. Gretchen handles the phone/email communication and she was very easy to deal with, also.

Description of Work: After an inspection, I was told I needed to replace the kitchen faucet and do a minor repair on the heating system. The guy came back after the parts I needed came in and competed the work within the Big Deal time frame. They had very good customer service.

Description of Work: Plumber replaced a basement facet. Did a superb job installing the new facet. He did it within the time allotted. In addition to his job skill, he was punctual, polite, and professional. I will certainly use this company for future plumbing jobs | |

Description of Work: Yearly AC check and service (added coolant). The most difficult part was scheduling and then having them cancel 3 hrs. before the service. Actual service (once it happened) was fine.

Description of Work: I had three projects performed by this vendor. One purchased through Angie's List and two others contracted afterwards. Chris is an excellent worker and I'm very happy the jobs.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace, coil, compressor, changes in duct work, wifi thermostat - eight hours by two men, plus a couple hours by owner. No extra charges were added as a surprise.

Description of Work: The serviceman drained my hot water heater and inserted a water structuring device into the copper waterline pipe. He read the directions that came with the device, did a perfect installation and drained the heater all within the the one-hour that I had paid for. I am scheduling more work to be done because they are a great company at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Fixed toilets and performed a whole house plumbing inspection. It should be noted that it took some time for the company to originally respond to our scheduling request and once scheduled the Company needed to reschedule two more times. There was also a time we needed to reschedule with late notice and they were accommodating. Despite, these changes the technician, Chris, was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The service received was worth the hassle of scheduling.
