Description of Work: Tim was scheduled to perform the annual furnace inspection on 12-11. On 12/9 the water stopped working...no respect for the upcoming holiday expenses. I called MGT and Tim came out the same day...gave me an estimate which I approved. Tim was here the next day to install the WH, which went smoothly. He also performed the HVAC service.

Description of Work: The guy checked my heater, which is only a couple years old. He smelled a gas leak and tightened a loose gas valve. He replaced the filter and taped it up because a standard filter sticks out from my heater by a little bit. He also cleaned the flame sensor. Description of Work: The person who performed the maintenance that was advertised in the offer was prompt, and knowledgeable. I wasn't a huge fan of what seems to be the company's approach of high pressure sales and upselling of services. Although several sales tactics were attempted, in the end the service man respectfully backed off when I told him I wasn't interested in further services.

Description of Work: Minor plumbing fixes; determined water heater and side tank needed replacement; replaced water heater and side tank. |It went smooth all and all. Some confusion around not making their internal team aware of changing water heater suppliers, but decided the unit offered was of equivalent quality.

Description of Work: I liked everything about them, but the price. They were expensive, but they were professional, quick and did the job. I know the part that was replaced was not expensive. I didn't compare prices, I just wanted my air conditioner on that day. I was told the cost before the work was done.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing service for $99.00. It was very easy to set up the appointment. I had to change the appointment and they were very accommodating. The only glitch in the appointment was he was supposed to call ahead and did not. He started to install our prepurchased shower faucet and ended up calling in someone to assist him. The two seemed to work well together. We know have a working sink and shower. Thank you. | | | |

Description of Work: HVAC technician gave our system a 23 point check up. The technician was punctual, thorough and professional.

Description of Work: They fixed my garbage disposal. They returned my call and provided service on the same day. Excellent experience

Description of Work: Checked everything and did everything they could do to save our compressor as it wasn't that old but the house had sat before we bought it and renovated it. Eventually had to replace the compressor and tcv valve gave us a good price and worked with us. Loved them will use them for any problems in the future!

Description of Work: Original appointment was for 11:AM MGT called and said he would be late. Arrived at 1:30PM. |Inspected Trane AC Unit and reported a leak in one of the evaporator coils but could not pinpoint where leaks was. MGT indicated life of unit was questionable and recommended a new evaporator coil at approx. $5150. Did not explain or review data taken of compressor, condenser, evaporator. |MGT written report was illegible and of no value. |AS a result of this service call I contacted the original manufacturer, Trane AC to evaluate the unit. The Trane technician reported the data taken of the AC system indicated there was no problem with the unit. The Trane service call cost was $125. The AC unit has been operating all summer with no problems, contrary to MGT recommendations. I was not impressed with the MGT service call.
