Description of Work: I had a bee infestation by my front door. I called on a Friday afternoon and Monty arrived the next Monday afternoon and took care of the problem. They gave a 60-day warranty, too.

Description of Work: They removed a hornet's nest from a bush on the side of our house. Steve, the owner, came over the same day that I called and sprayed the nest. The latter was left in place in case some hornets were in the air and returned to nest afterwards. There was no visible activity when I checked 48 hours later, and I removed the nest several days after that, as Steve had recommended. In sum, it was an effective and painless (for me) procedure. The cost was also less than half of what I had been quoted by another exterminator. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They were hired to remove raccoons from the attic. The initial site visit which included them not entering the attic or doing anything other than showing up for 20 minutes and setting a trap outside was $500. Twice I had to bait their trap which they had only thrown 1/2 a marshmallow in. A total of four raccoons were removed with an additional $100 charge for every raccoon after the first. They did not spend more than 1 hour at the house in total. The last raccoon was caught on a Saturday evening and they did not pick it up until Monday morning. Leaving the animal to sit in the trap for over 36 hours. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: I called to see if I had a squirrel infestation in my attic. He went into the attic and told me there was no evidence of squirrels but there was some evidence of mice which was far less expensive to treat than the squirrel would have been. I have had no problem since.
