Called them after 6:30pm didn't expect anyone in the office, but Steve, the owner, picked up phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, explained how he would treat the nest, and treated outside and inside of the house with pesticide. It was a difficult job because the wasps built a nest hidden in the ceiling of a bedroom and made a small opening there to enter the room. We felt confident that his treatment would eliminate all wasps, not like some other pest controls proposed only to treat the outside. Indeed it worked well, no more wasps and we can sleep peacefully! Steve also helped checking another spot in different room to make sure it’s not related to wasp nest. He is such a kind person with a good sense of humor and takes pride of what he does. We appreciate Steve’s excellent job and would work with him in the future if any pest issue arises. Thanks Steve!

technician was prompt, even called ahead to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. he explained what he was going to do and answered any questions that I had. So far so good--no mice-problem seems to have been solved

They were very responsive and had someone here within a few days (which was fine since it wasn't very urgent). They did a thorough job of placing traps inside and out and sealed points of entry. They explained in detail what they were doing throughout the process.

Keenan was awesome. He's very attentive and does a very thorough job. This is the second time I had come and do pest control and they have been great. I have to let go of the first company, because they were not holding up to the work. They are out the next day when I call for a service, and they were able to schedule me in just 1 day. And when they schedule you for the service, they always call back to inform me of the schedule, instead of waiting for the last minute.

Phoned at lunchtime about our problem and they were able to provide a complete price and had someone come out that same day. The nest was treated throughly and it appears as though all of the hornets have died. I especially appreciate that this company provides a guarantee that allows a callback if the hornets return within two months. I would absolutely use this company again!

The technician was great. The salesman was not technically up to speed and the office staff was disorganized and cranky.

Service was great. I called on a Saturday evening expecting to leave a voicemail only to have my call answered by a nice woman. I briefly explained my bee problem to her. She was able to elaborate on the species just from my vague description (ground nesting yellow jackets). She further informed me of their tendencies, if left untreated (which were already beginning to happen). he yellow jackets started off in the ground near my house, then soon began to nest in the siding along my house. While on the phone, I also mentioned I had another type of large bee or wasp flying around and making multiple burrows in my back yard. They were cicada killers. I was told they could be treated for as well. We scheduled for Steve to come out the following morning (Sunday!). Steve called me about 30 minutes before his arrival on Sunday morning, just as stated during scheduling. Steve is a great guy. Very friendly. I walked the property with him and pointed out the burrows and ground nests, as well as the nest entry on my house. He sprayed everything with two different sprays. Afterwards Steve told me to call them back ASAP if I still see activity in the next few days. I've waited a few weeks to write this review so I could happily report that our problem has dissapeared! We've had zero activity in any of the ground nests, nor along my siding. The cicada killer burrows have not been active either. I am very satisfied with their service and will certainly be using them again in the future if needed!

I called through local recommendation and Angie's list(approximately 5-7 days ago). The call was returned and I sent pictures of the problem. I called today and was told they didn't receive the pictures but got the text. I needed help and they didn't have the courtesy to respond

They came out and inspected. I thought I had termites and they inspected the property and verified it wasn't termites but a seasonal ant issue. I was very happy with the outcome and didn't have to pay any costs.

They were very easy to talk too and schedule with. All the work was done outside and I did not need to be home for it. They came and performed a mosquito treatment. For the remaining few weeks of summer there were no flying insects around my property. I will use them again.

I have been using the company for about 1 year. They come out every quarter as scheduled. The staff is friendly and personable. They do a good job and are reliable. They have been able to mostly keep the pests at bay. They are very good about scheduling when you need them.
