in the wasWe received the service on June 18, 2014 and it has a 60 day warranty. As of June 29, 2014 we haven't seen any other mice. I will update this review at the end og the 60 day warranty period with long term results.

They did a good job and were courteous.

We had a family of ground hogs under our front steps. We wanted to patch the hole up but needed to remove the ground hogs first. When we caught them, they should up quickly to remove to another place. Surprisingly we caught a huge snapper turtle, which was the first for the company. They promptly removed the turtle and took it to a creek. They were very professional and I would hire them again.

The provider was delayed but let me know. The person came and did the spraying as well as answering questions about the chemicals used. This was in addition to answers I was given over the phone when I called for an estimate. The work was done quickly. The ants were stopped and have not returned.

They provided pest control services and the problem was eradicated. The serviceman was friendly, informative and professional. Happy with there service.

Came over quickly, explained everything, and make follow up recommendations.

Have not heard or seen mice in attic since

Exterminator was extremely professional and discussed treatment options suitable for our home with small children and pets. Exterminator scheduled an immediate service and had us ant free within days - in time for a party in our home that weekend. Exterminator also provided solutions for us to help keep the ants from coming back.

The problem of squirrels in the attic was solved and some mice in attic also solved came back three times, third time did the trick always on time and never rushed answered all my questions came with a 2yr warrenty Also came out when it was good time for me each of the three times priced a little high but worth it

I called several services before calling this one (none of the ones on Angie's List) and am still awaiting phone calls from some of them. I explained the problem and they were at my house within the hour. The service was great. The technician explained everything he would be doing and told us what to do once he was leaving. I would certainly have them back again.

They were honest, had great service and prices.

We had Steve at Environmental Services Pest Control out for a new carpenter ant problem. Steve sprayed all around the outside of the house as well as inside the house including the basement. He even spent some time climbing into our crawlspace in our basement and spraying in there as well. He was very knowledgable and thorough and spent around an hour an a half treating the whole house. It is still early but we have not seen another ant since. The six month guarantee of the treatment is also helpful.

Definitely will use them again and can highly recommend them.

Overall, service was great from the first phone call to schedule until the day they came out to treat our problem. They were very informative and were very friendly.

Tenants bought used bedding contaminated with bedbugs. They attempted to exterminate using bombs but were unsuccessful. approx 5 months after the contamination Env Services Pest Control was hired, and effectively decontaminated the property with no subsequent reoccurrences in the past several years.

They use non toxic products. They use a marigold based product that is safe to humans and animals. The spray has no odor. They are nice people. I have been using them for three years. The price did go up after two years. They go out of their way to make sure that I don't have bugs or mice. The service is a little expensive, but everything is these days. They come out every three months.

They are professional, responsive and very friendly people. I would recommend them. I didn't do a price comparison but I am sure they are competitive.

Steve came out climbed under the house, identified the problem as a mouse infestation and gave us a fair estimate to treat the area and time required. He and his assistance climbed under the house and treated between the insulation and the floor above. He also took a quick look around for any other issues that might need attention by other contractors since the area was too tight for me to go under.. He showed up on time, keep on schedule and budget and He resolved the problem with one treatment. We were very happy with his service and would use him again when needed!

I found their services to be excellent. They were very personable and accommodating. I would rate them highly.

The experience was very nice. He sat and talked to me after he was done and he was a very nice man. He wanted to put up netting and other things up there that would have cost me about $1300 but I didn't commit to doing that. We had a bat flying around in the living room and it took hours to get it out. I felt that his price was a little bit high. I had called several other pest companies and they told me that the price he gave me was just right or even low for that type of job. He came three days after we had talked over the phone and he came exactly when he said he would. The work he did was fine and I haven't got any bats inside since then. He even gave me a receipt for the amount I paid and told me that it would be deduced from the cost if I choose to get the rest of the work done. I may call him back to finish the job after I get some water damage fixed in my closets.

The company was not able to get access to the property due to the inability of the tenants to meet the schedule, but were able to reschedule, work around it, and the results were excellent. Additionally whenever the company was called for updates the company was extremely knowledgable and responsive.

Overall, the experience went well. They were very responsive. The tenants at my rental property have told me they haven't experienced anything recently.

I called ESPC to ask about the huge bees buzzing around our deck. They knew from the description and season that they were Carpenter Bees. They were honest and said they would go away in a few weeks, but if I wanted, they could come out and spray. If we sprayed now, the bees would go away sooner and not come back in the spring. When they arrived, the exterminator showed me the holes under the deck created by the bees. They sprayed the holes and within a week the bees were gone-just in time for a party on the deck! I used a coupon and since the job was smaller than estimated, they took some off of the price. The chemical they used is safe, too...a bonus since we have pets and I was pregnant at the time.

He is trustworthy and when he says he will come he will be there when he says he will be. We use him every time we have pest control issues. He has a wide variety of services when it comes to pest.
