Description of Work: All the serviceman did was throw bait around. I asked about sealing areas where the mice were coming in or filling in holes and he said it wasn't necessary. I asked about the mice dying in the walls and he told me they would go outside. My house wreaks of dead mice. I asked ahead of time about the caution needed for my dogs and parrots and was assured they would be careful. The serviceman was dropping bait as he was flinging it in different areas. I now have a dog that was poisoned. I called the company and was told that it couldn't have been from their bait. This was my first experience with Angie's List. What a horrible experience and now I have to wait and see if my dog survives.
