The job went great!! The crew showed up when they said they would and used plastic to protect our furniture when they sanded and painted. We were very impressed with the level of work and concern they had for our contents. We also asked them to install sheet rock in our bathroom which we are in the process of remodeling. Phil Goodson and his crew are very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. They worked around our schedule and were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. We highly recommend their services and plan on hiring Service Team of Professionals Eastern PA again if we have a water damage situation. They are reasonably priced and worth the money!!!

Service Team Of Professionals Eastern PA was at our home within 3 hours of us contacting them. We were very upset because the house was for sale and we had a buyer who was going to close on the house in a few weeks. Phil Goodson worked extra hard to get our home back to pre-loss condition to help the sale go through. His crew worked within the time frame needed and coordinated their efforts to keep us on track for the sale. They even did extras to help the sale go through. The entire process was explained and Phil discussed any delays when they came up. We felt like part of the process and always knew where the project was at all times. This was an emotional time for us and Phil helped us get through it with minimal pain. He dealt with the insurance company, realtor and adjuster. He was by our side the entire process. We are very fortunate we hired Phil Goodson and Service Team of Professionals Eastern PA. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and went the extra mile. They even helped us pick out the new materials and offered suggestions on what would work together while staying within budget. They were great to work with and we would highly recommend their services!!!

Went exactly as expected. Very punctual, neat and courteous. Services were coordinated with our contractor and made it easy for us to deal with at a trying time. They also helped us deal with the insurance company, making the process much smoother . Price was extremely reasonable and work was performed in professional manner. They were very flexible;worked around our hectic schedule. There was an extensive amount of rather new equipment used to affect the outcome. The crew were very organized and left our house in a very functional fashion.

It went very well!! They explained what was going to happen and the steps they would take to handle the flooding from the toilet. They were concerned about the source and help stop the toilet from leaking more water. They asked us what needed to be handled with our contents and we said our 175 of bone china set was in a wet cardboard box and needs to be handled with extra care, They took each piece from the wet box, cleaned each piece and gently set them on the shelf we wanted. They stayed late to make sure everything was removed before calling it a night. They even discussed their progress as they completed each room. They made us feel less stressed during our time of need. We highly recommend Phil Goodson and his crew to handle any type of property damage you may experience. They were wonderful to work with and we would definitely hire they again should the need arise.

We needed our basement sanitized after a septic pipe broke and partially flooded the basement. Phil and Frank gave an accurate, detailed estimate. The work was done on time and as promised. They kept us informed of their progress, and answered our questions. They were neat, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They were efficient, clean, polite, and really understood that I was under stress. They made sure that no fungus formed due to a broken pipe. They took all the drywall, floor, rug, and the other items that were destroyed in the water damage. They came very quickly and took care of everything in a timely manner. They were there within 24 hours and even were at my house until midnight to make sure I did not have any other problems.

The service was excellent. I highly recommend Phil and his team. He came out within hours of our roof leaking and had the job done quickly and correctly. He recommended a roofer and coordinated with him to complete the job. We were very happy with the service.

It went good! They did a good job. This is the second time that I have used them and I would use them again in the future.

Phil and Frank were awesome! Not only did they come out and do a fast and terrific job, but they came out the same day we called in one of the worst snow storms of the season. There was 3 inches on the ground when they arrived and more than 8 when finished up. They dried up all the water, put everything on blocks and removed anything that was beyond salvaging. Frank cut the drywall up from the bottom where it was wet. Nice clean even cuts. The drywall guy commented that it made the patch job really easy. They brought in industrial dehumidifiers and air dryers. Everything was dry that evening. Overall a fantastic job!

Phil, Frank and his team are fantastic! They were kind, efficient and timely. they educated us well on everything that was happening and great to work with.

It was a thoroughly experience from the Contractor to the Installers. They were very professional and very good at what they do.There were no surprises and it turned out better than I hoped. Great work for a reasonable price. They went over and above!

We bought a house to be used as a rental property. It was previously owned by a cat hoarder. After purchasing the house, the neighbors told us that there were over 60 cats that were kept inside & outside the house. The whole house was used as a litter box and a scratching post, it smelled, and looked like it! To remove the cat urine smell, and fix up the house, we hired a local contractor who inspected the house prior to our purchase of it, and repeatedly told us "Don't worry about it", because he was confident that he knew what he was doing. We found out the hard, and very expensive, way that he didn't know what he was doing on so MANY different levels. A tenant moved in, and the first contractor continued to "fix" things around the house for 3 weeks after the tenant was moved in. He sprayed disinfectant to mask the smell while he was working. I paid the first contractor for all of his shoddy work. Very soon after the tenant moved in, the smell returned with a vengeance, and the tenant moved out shortly afterwards. We were stuck with a stinky, ugly, un-rentable house. At this point we didn't know what to do. Thankfully, I met Phil Goodson of S.T.O.P. - Service Team of Professionals at a trade show. I told him my situation, and he told me about other, similar cases to mine that he solved. He came over to take a look at my house to see if he could help out with our huge problem. Phil spent a lot of time looking over, and sniffing, every nook & cranny of the house. Since the house was already renovated once, he developed a plan to be as minimally invasive as possible to keep the work that was salvageable, and help keep the cost down. A lot of demolition needed to be done to access the areas that the cats used as a potty. Phil's crew took sheetrock off the bottom of many of the interior walls to get access to the studs. (This is what we paid the first guy to do, and he said he did it, but was never really done.) Phil and his crew disinfected, neutralized and deodorized the entire house. Several areas needed more than one treatment. They ran industrial fans & dehumidifiers to completely dry out the interior walls before encapsulating the studs. Then they started to put the house back together. During demolition, Phil found some old termite damage that needed to be fixed, and should've been seen by the first guy. Phil's crew replaced the rotted studs, and since the wall was already open, repaired some electric wiring that was dangerous, and not to code. He also suggested covering up some unsightly pipes in several areas, all very good, and welcome suggestions The original contractor improperly installed 3 large, new windows. A severe thunderstorm caused several leaks that went all over the new bedroom carpet, and caused mold damage in the wall underneath the windows. Phil's crew corrected the installation problems with the windows, and they now don't leak. They cleared up the mold problem, and dried everything out. They also managed to salvage the new carpet with no mold or mildew smell. Phil's knowledge about fixing difficult environmental restoration problems, and his background in renovation, made him a very valuable guy to know. By the time Phil and his crew were done, we were confident that the cat smell was gone for good. Phil's crew fixed up the house so it looked the way we originally planned. Phil's a perfectionist, and his attention to detail was great. (The total opposite of our experience with the first guy.)By the time the S.T.O.P. crew was done working on the house, it was cleaned and ready for a new tenant. The house smelled, and looked, like you could just move right in. I would highly recommend using S.T.O.P. - Service Team Of Professionals for any property restoration need you may have. I appreciated their skills for remediating pet odor smells and mold. They do a lot more: like smoke, fire, and water damage repair. Hopefully, I will never need them for that sort of work, but I am glad to know that I already have someone who can help me with those kinds of problems.

He and his crew were extremely professional, showed up on time, understood what our needs were, and provided details and photos of the work. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his crew for water damage and debris removal.

HVAC guy flooded my basement with about 3" of brown water from the boiler and the entire basement was filled with steam. Would have been worse if not for the two sump pumps. HVAC guy couldn't get anyone to clean everything up. I called Service Team Of Professionals (STOP) and they were there within an hour. They had three guys there cleaning everything up. They first cleaned up all the standing water then started removing damaged contents and elevating non-damaged contents. They were able to save most our furniture that was in the basement. They continued to remove all the soaked drywall and floating wood flooring. They sprayed to kill any possible mold. By the end of the evening everything was cleaned up and they set up equipment to dry out the remaining water with-in the basement slab. The equipment was maintained/inspected daily until all water was extracted from the slab. Phil Goodson met with the HVAC insurance company adjuster to explain and show the adjuster the extent of the damage. I did absolutely nothing. Phil then proceeded with the repair work. His men were at my house as promised and repaired all the damage. All new flooring is installed and the basement is better then ever. Phil and his team were very courteous and explained the entire process. I was happy with STOP and would recommend them for anything similar to my situation.
