At 6:30am I received a call from my tenant informing me that the basement flooded after the water heater broke. I found Phil's services on Angie's list and called. Within 10 minutes he had returned my call and within 2 hours was at the house cleaning up the basement. He and his team were very professional and did a great job. My tenant was very pleased with the results, which made me very happy as well. Now that I have Phil's info I'd definitely use his services again, although I hope I never have another broken water heater.

Phil and his team were highly professional and kept me informed daily of the progress and went above and beyond. I was notified when they started and ended their day. After the remediation the basement and garage as well were painted, fixing drywall as needed, repaired bottom of kitchen cabinet. Those areas have never looked so good. Would highly recommend

Phil was timely in his response, came out to our home on a Sunday morning, gave an honest estimate while explaining everything he would do and also suggested alternatives when applicable. Not once did we feel like he was trying to up-sell or increase the scope of his job. While we hope to never need his expertise again, he would be our first call and we would recommend to others that need water damage remediation and repair to use Phil and his team. First class!

THEY PROPMTLY RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR A QUOTE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THERE PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND EVEN INCLUDED CONFIRMATION MOLD TESTING TO SHOW THE MOLD LEVELS BEFORE AND AFTER THE REMEDIATION. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND SET UP TARPS ON THE FLOORS TO KEEP THE FLOORS CLEAN. THE REMEDIATION WENT ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE THEY SET UP AND WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE WORK, THERE WAS NO ODOR OF MOLD OR MUSTYNESS AND THE BASEMENT LOOK GOOD AS NEW. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN IF I HAD SIMILAR ISSUES.

We were very pleased with the prompt response of Service Team of Professionals to the urgent request to address the water issue in our basement. Part of our carpet was floating, so needless to say we were alarmed. The team came out and had the basement drying out the same night. They handled the job, while we continued our normal routine. Phil is professional, knowledgeable and consistently checked in about how we thought the work was progressing. We were very satisfied with the job performed. All work was completed in the timeframe originally described. While we weren't happy about the large cost of a job like this, the final cost was on the lower end of the original estimate.

The team showed up and were professional and punctual. Very pleasant an understanding. The process was thorough and took longer than anticipated because unforeseen circumstances came up that they took care of-not on the original estimate. They were even able to save our pool table.

Did a great job! Phil made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and helped me to make arrangements to have all the clothing cleaned as well. Was always in good communication through the end of the job.

I am extremely happy with the work Service Team Of Professionals Eastern PA did. While they were performing the mold remediation work Phil Goodson and his crew discovered a leaking gas pipe. My father needs to have the heat set at 78 degrees and the heater is always turning on. We contacted the gas company and they found gas in the air and had to turn off the main gas line to the property. Phil helped us find a reputable service company who responded the same day and replaced all of the gas lines. The gas was turned back on the same day. We are very fortunate that Phil and his crew found the gas leak. They saved our fathers life and helped us avoid a horrible situation. It is nice to know there are people out there like Phil who take pride in what they do and truly help others. The basement never looked better!!!!!

While Phil Goodson and his crew were doing other work at my fathers house there was a toilet leak on the 1st floor and water was everywhere. They quickly removed all of the wet materials and set up their drying equipment. My father is 84 and needs the use of the bathroom which is directly adjacent to his bedroom. They quickly found replacement pieces and had the bathroom back to normal with in a day. Because they were doing other work I was not charged a lot to have the water damage taken care of and did not need to go through my insurance company. Phil was able to keep the cost down to be cheaper than going through the insurance company. They replaced the vanity, sink, toilet, floor and faucet all in one day and were very reasonably priced! My father loves the new bathroom because he can use the sink again. It had not worked for years. Unknown to me Phil and his crew replaced all 3 shutoff valves because they were worn and leaking. We definitely got our monies worth with Service Team of Professionals Eastern PA. I do not know what I would have done if they did not help us. I highly recommend Phil Goodson and his team!! They will take good care of your situations!!!

This is the 4th time I've hired S.T.O.P. - Service Team Of Professionals of Eastern PA. This is for the same rental property that they have done previous work at - the one with the cat odor problem. The house came with a sliding glass patio door in the master bedroom. It was always a little hard to open & close, but didn't *seem* too bad. The original (incompetent) general contractor said that he would tune it up, and it would be fine. He didn't do anything, and it wasn't fine. He even told me that it was installed upside down! At this point I had given up on anything he had to say, and was just willing to deal with an ugly, hard to open door, and a screen that popped off the tracks. I ended up getting a good deal on a nice sliding glass door, and asked if Phil and his team could install it. They picked up the door, and installed it the same day. It looks real nice, and now it opens and closes easily, and the screen stays on the track. It looks so much nicer than the old broken aluminum one. They also completed a few, small handyman type projects around the house, and that is also included in the price. I've referred Phil and S.T.O.P. - Service Team Of Professionals of Eastern PA to several friends, and I know he has done some consultations, and completed work for them.

We had a flood in our basement. They came in and gave us an estimate for the damage. They explained to us the urgency of the matter but they did give us the time to look around for other estimates as well. They ended up having the best offer and they did an amazing job.

I am a repeat customer of S.T.O.P. - Service Team Of Professionals of Eastern PA. When we first bought this rental property, I paid the oil company's technician to come out & service the heater. The heater at this rental property was under a service contract with the oil provider, but the contract did not cover work done on the first visit. The first time the oil company tech came out, they fixed a few things but it still didn't work correctly. I called them again to complain, and a different tech came out and tweaked it, and replaced the expansion tank. The original (incompetent) general contractor on this property replaced the thermostat in the 2nd zone, and said it was fixed and worked fine. Like all of this original contractor's work, it wasn't done properly. By this time it was summer, and the heater *seemed* to work when it was tested, but it was too hot to *really* test it. The property had a short term tenant in place. Several months later, the property was vacant and when it started to get cold, the heat would turn on fine, but it wouldn't shut off at the set temperature. By this time I met Phil Goodson of S.T.O.P. - Service Team Of Professionals of Eastern PA. He and his team remediated an extremely severe cat odor problem in this house, and fixed a multitude of other miscellaneous problems caused by the first inept contractor - this was in a prior review. I was totally frustrated with the work done by the oil company's service tech, so I asked Phil if he could help. Phil and Joe, the plumbing & heating guy on his team, solved my 2-zone problem and got it to shut off at the correct setting. They found some broken wires in the system and replaced a brand new thermostat that the previous contractor incorrectly installed. Also included in this price was some miscellaneous handyman stuff that needed to be done.

The team arrived on time and were very accommodating to my small children. They were professional and worked proficiently.They left the work area in good condition everyday.

The project went well, the team was very respectful of my two young children they arrived on time careful not to wake them and moved things around so they could get their breakfast and snacks. They also cleaned up nicely each day and did little extras for us like taking out the trash and fixing a broken door lock.

This project was the third time we hired the team. They worked around our family dynamics and did wonderful work, I highly recommend them.
