Description of Work: Phil from Service team of professionals came out to inspect my house (basement and the outside perimeter) for any obvious signs of mold. He was very understanding after I had to postpone our original appointment twice, AND he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing, and gave great advice. I had used a voucher that was available that I purchased from Angie's List and he honored that. I would use Phil and his team again if the need arises again!

Description of Work: My fathers main water line burst and damaged his entire basement. We contacted Phil Goodson from Service Team of Professionals Eastern PA to handle the situation. My wife is a realtor and had used their services for one of her clients. Phil and his crew responded very quickly and worked into the night to stabilize the situation. They explained everything that was to be done and stuck to the plan. We felt calmer because we knew what was going to happen. Phil thank you so very much for everything you and your amazing crew had done for my dad and myself! You have something very special with Martin, Frank, Jay, Joe the plumber and Kenny with removing all the trash from my dad's flooded basement. You guys are all amazing people, loving, caring and extremely compassionate towards others! You bought a peacefulness and great calm to an amazingly horrible situation! Additionally your loving kind compassionate understanding of my father and the horrible disease he has with Alzheimer's! Thanks for your patience. Love you guys! You are a very special group of men!
