The level of contact provided by this company was excellent. Including a follow up email to ensure that the quote reflected what we wanted to complete. Their price was nearly identical to other quotes rec'd. The gentleman who came out to quote the job was very punctual and personable. In the end, we decided to go with another company based on the recommendation of a close family friend. That was the deciding factor for us. Otherwise, it was a toss up.

I feel that the company is a high-quality professional group and will be in contact with them to review more details. Their responses have been timely and their technical accuracy is very high. Their product samples are of the appropriate variety for several cost scenarios. Overall, their offer to come and provide follow-up design details has been impressive. I am not able to oversee the changes just yet, so I will contact them again in the late spring. ---------------- June 2014 I have been unable to proceed with the work, but Ilona has kept in touch with me professionally and understanding my need to wait for further discussion. I appreciate that I can still ask questions and keep the contact open.

Probably the best part of this process with RCllc (other than the work and that the leaking stopped :-) was the responsiveness of the office manager Katelyn. She was great- we got a bunch of quotes and many of the companies aren't in a position to have a full time office manager. She handled all of the payment and contact which was nice. The work was done in the first week of March 2014. We were thwarted by extreme cold and a snow shower so we were on edge the entire week. ReConc tarpped the roof and stayed in touch with us the entire time. We were nervous but they were great taking calls from my nervous husband. I think this job was a little more extensive than we all expected and they came out to finish on a Saturday before what was to be ANOTHER harsh snow storm and worked 730am until 5pm. The roof looks really nice and it's nice not to have a leak, of course.

Everything went as planned with minimal disruption.

I had to contact the company a few times to get an estimate of when the work would be performed because they were pretty busy. Other than that I was pleased with the work and price. Someone always answered the phone and they were very good at getting back to you once you touched base.

They did everything asked of them & their ideas and plans exceeded our expections within the budget that we set. The work would have been scheduled for construction however family health issues came up that are currently sapping funds set aside for the job. Once these issues are resolved & finances reestablished (I will not proceed by using financing, I want the funds in hand) we will be contacting them again.

They were very nice people, but they did not follow through. I don’t recommend the company.

They were very flexible when we wanted shingles from a different company than they typically used. They came when they said and finished in 2 days. I would use them again for any roofing needs.

It was fine, but their bid was very expensive so I was not interested in them. A couple of things they put in the design would have caused issues if I went ahead with the work, but a lot of the design was useful and nice. They got the design back to me in a timely fashion. The scheduling was fine.

The project took a while to really get started because our initial project manager was very slow (seemed like he was claiming to do more work than he actually was). As soon as the owner, Dave became aware of the problem he was incredibly quick to act and very accommodating. Our new project manager was on top of everything!!! He was amicable, receptive to our comments and concerns and incredibly thorough with the work that was happening. We are beyond thrilled with the final product and would be happ to work with Dave and his team again. We get so many compliments on our bathroom and the tiling job. Additionally, we got very fair pricing on top of the line fixtures and finishes. Dave is honest, hard working and service oriented. We love remodeling concepts!

Did an excellent job and finished within 5 hours.

Remodeling Concepts completed a full roof repair/replacement August '10 getting repairs done just before a hurricane at a reasonable cost ($2,900). Two and a half years later I noted 2 areas of the roof leaking after a large snow/ice fall. Due to complications it took about a week for them to get to me. The supervisor arrived on time and was polite the work took less than an hour and completed the fix for no charge and made sure to tell me that if there were any other problems they would come out as soon as possible.

Remodeled entirely the main bathroom with a new layout.

RC was helpful and accommodating, through several design changes. Once the design was finalized and work began, it progressed steadily and mostly smoothly. Any issues were quickly resolved. The last issue, regarding the heated floor in the master bath, was resolved last week. The final building inspections will take place in the next few days.

The estimate was very cordial and they gave me the Angie's List deal price. The guy who came out was thorough and explained things well.

The job went very smoothly and the work is beautiful. Les, the carpenter, is phenomenal. We enjoyed working with Tom and Ilona in the beginning. Ilona especially helped us to pick out the counter and tile and other details. She's awesome to work with.

With the holidays it was a little hard scheduling a day for the service. But, once Christmas was over, they scheduled for the Monday after Christmas. The two men arrived right on time as scheduled. They took about 2 hours to complete the job. They put down a tarp on my kitchen floor so as to contain any mess and cleaned up the window of all stickers on the glass. We are very pleased with the service and the product. We will definitely call Remodeling Concepts for any future work we need.

They were great. They handled all the permits/paperwork, once they got the permit and set a date they came in and finished roof in a day. They were patient with my questions and cleaned up everything.

Crew was in and out in a bit over two days. Did good job, on schedule, on budget. I'd hire again.

The in-home consultation I felt was very rushed. Also, I wasn't given any suggestions on the design of the kitchen. I told him what I had in mind and he disagreed or agreed with me, but he didn't really have any additional suggestions, other than what I already had in mind. When we went to the showroom to see the designs they weren't exactly what we had talked about during the in-home consultation. For instance I had asked for a peninsula with cabinets on the lower portion and the top portion opened with space for a TV. The drawings were completely opposite of what I asked for.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I really liked their design but once I showed it to my husband, he wanted the contractor that did the rest of our house to implement it. It said with the deal that there was no obligation and that's why I didn't call them back. I did like their design. We haven't done the work yet. They were great but we just didn't end up wanting to use them. They were very professional. We probably wouldn't use them because we want to go with our contractor.

They turned the plans around to us in a timely manner. Scheduling went fine. I would recommend them to others and they were very professional and offered great designs.

All I needed was some light calking and so the job wasn’t big enough for the Big Deal.

They did great. Scheduling was very good and the final price matched the original estimate.

The design was very good. The execution not so good. They did not put dropmats under the paint cans or joint compound cans so the wood floors in my bedroom were stained. They did not cover the stair carpets when trash was hauled out. I pointed out the stains. The response was Did I do That?. They dumped debris from the bathroom in my garage creating a dust ball that covered everything in the garage. Do not give them access to your garage! The job was more difficult than they expected and towards the end they were rushing. They had one guy working one the job. He was overwhelmed. The rush to finish the job resulted in some sloppy work. I did not ask them to correct the small defects because I don't want to see them again
